@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Very bad customer service and false promises to customer for corporate plans and once the plan is activated no support and bills are raised as per any amount which was not agreed at all. Constant follow up with manager is waste as nothing happened !

@airtelindia I have raised a top up DTH connection request and no one responded to follow up on that. Even after spending multiple minutes on call I was not able to talk to customer representative. Seems like Airtel does not care about customer relationship now.
