  @airtelindia @airtelbank @RBI Team Airtel payment bank, this issue was flagged for resolution on X 10 days ago on 17.07.26. Earlier issue was flagged to Airtel Payments Bank helpline on call. Will it take months for me to get my money back either in my account or NCMC Card? Useless and pathetic service.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've had no Wi-Fi for the past 5 days despite raising a complaint last Thursday. Neither Airtel customer care nor the field service team has resolved the issue, and Airtel continues to delay the resolution with no clear timeline. Pathetic service.
