    @airtelindia He told me that in this city the cost for replacement of sim card is 100 while it is 25 in the city where headquarters are situated. Do I need to go indore just for Sim Card Replacement. What a wonderful service!! Really thankful for such experience. (2/2)

    @airtelindia @airtelindia worst service than before, worst customer experience. I had requested for my broadband upgrade,there is no response, when trying to connect the customer service guy is just disconnecting the phone.

    @airtelindia SIM card stopped working. Went to kiosk and did documentation. New SIM card given and was assured that it will work in six hours. Sim not working and now asked to go again to kiosk for re verification. Fault with your executive for which I pay with my time
