    After 4 years, n number of complaints, finally switched from @ACTFibernet to @airtelindia. Final service request to @ACTFibernet - shift your box to some other house.

    @airtelindia I tried to activate Rs 251 plan using main talktime balance. I got error recharge didn't go through but my talktime debited by 251. I contacted cc but they couldn't even get my issue Debit is not even shown in my last deducted transactions.

    @airtelindia landline Internet is getting repeatedly disconnected - contacting local customer care is of no use. Sending a direct message also does not help until you announce it to the public by way of a tweet. Makes me wonder whether I made a mistake by taking this connection

    @airtelindia team my number is working in Airtel 9999999396 last 3 year but from.last 2 month unable to receive incoming but outgoing working so many mail to nodal office but did no solution , very bad service I think Airtel solution so I request u pls Resolve issue.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my cell not having mobile network since last 45 mins. Tried all trouble shooting methods, reboot, taking out sim and restarting. Nothing solved my problem.
