    he converted my existing @airtelindia mobile number to postpaid. I had a plan valid for a year for the same number. I asked him to revert it immediately, however he was not able to do it. Now my Prepaid sim is dead and there is no network because of this organized nuisance. 3/5

    Ref no 10059002641, you had assured me that the issue will be resolved by 05:45 PM on 06-Jul-2022 bt still Im getting reminder to pay the due by today which is last date otherwise penalty & disconnection will be thr. U frauds are sleeping all time? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare JioFiber service request SR00001C6FU4 rescheduled to tomorrow automatically. Why'd MyJio app show slot availability and then engg visit is rescheduled automatically? -- I'm fed up with your service and would ne switching to @airtelindia as soon as plan expires.

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel Team, I having trouble with broadband service for last 4 days and still isn't solved. My broadband wire is broken and I already told the customer executive about the issue but there response is total waste of time.

    My problem has been resolved. All I have learnt from my experience is that it’s wasteful to complain on customer care. One should always embarrass @JioCare on social media. What I couldn’t achieve on customer care in 4 day, achieved in 4 hours. Or you switch to @airtelindia.
