    1 YEAR. Same issue. 15-20 complaints every month. Technicians come late, do temporary fixes, argue, and leave. Still no permanent solution from .@airtelindia despite repeated requests to change the modem/wire and fix the power issue. I’m mentally exhausted chasing support again

    Facing continuous internet connectivity issues with Airtel AirFiber. Even after raising multiple complaints, the requests are getting closed automatically without proper resolution. Latest request ID: 1103016122. Very disappointed with the service. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence when you can't give a good customer service pls don't raise the tickets in first case! I've been doing **** since 48 hrs without internet, raised tickets and it got solved without any interference!! how come it's solved? I'm still.gettimg LOS!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Urgent: mobile data is still not working on my SIM despite multiple troubleshooting steps. Calls/SMS work, and another SIM works fine in the same phone. Tried sending multiple DMs after but No response to yet. Please assist ASAP.

    @airtelindia I never see the kind of service in my whole life..worst service.. fraud .. just cheating people when i requested internet hard down they create request for after 1 day mad people minimal sense .. pls stop using Airtel immediately request you to stop they cheat anytim

    Airtel Fibre down since 1 PM. It’s 9:48 PM now & still no internet. Customer support says maybe by 2 AM. Recharge 1 day late ho toh service band, but when Airtel stays down for hours, who compensates users? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #AirtelDown — Posting using @reliancejio

    Hey @airtelindia, enough is enough. Despite multiple assurances that my 'Google One' subscription was canceled, it has appeared on my bill yet again. Your resolution time takes so long that I’m hit with late fees while waiting for fix. I’ve been overpaying for 2 yrs. User Beware
