    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence wifi has not been working since morning, called Airtel, 4 times, no resolution, no update, no communication, no sense of responsibility. All I am hearing is the engineer is working on it. How? Where? I have received no message regarding this issue

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel It's been 4 days my internet connection is not working. I have raised many service requests and reached out to customer support but issue not yet resolved. Very pathetic customer service from Airtel. Expecting early resolution of the issue from this forum.

    @airtelindia Very disappointed with your service, I have Airtel black connection and 5 days ago i sent an email to your customer care for correction of my address. But till now i have not received any acknowledgement and update. Worst service of Airtel Black 😡😡

    It is really disgusting that the services of Airtel are very poor in London. No one is there to listen to my complaints unable to receive any signal here since 10 days due to which unable to do any transactions. Is there anyone who can help me out as I am stuck now @airtelindia
