    @airtelindia I wanted airtel fiber connection with static IP. Your repsentativ promised to install postpaid connection with static IP. But they taken 2829 for 3 months but installed prepaid connection. Now my laptop is not working on dynamic IP. Connection no. 01224068067

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 👎 #airtel provides poor customer service. My Jio prepaid sim has been ported to a Punjab Airtel prepaid sim. On the 5th day, it got activated just for one day's validity (commitment was one month). Now, today is the 6th day with a nil balance.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Extremely poor service. I placed a request to shift broadband from Noida to Hyderabad. CC team is saying that they are not able to connect with the technician in my area. Hence I am cancelling your connection

    @JioCare The basic thing is to inform the customer if the site engineer is coming or not/their details or ask them to contact at the given slot. If the issue isn't resolved today gonna switch to @airtelindia

    For the last few months, @reliancejio is troubling us more than its limit. Frequent signal breakdown is seen. No response despite multiple complaints filed. Finally I want to switch to @airtelindia, but how? My 365 days plan will end on 6th December. I can't even PORT before it.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel number(prepaid) suddenly stopped working. The Sim card is not detected at all. Tried with phone restart and sim change to another phone, but no solution. Please suggest.
