    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia following up from last 2 months, changed settings, SIM, changed phone.. did everything but VOLTE is not enabled on my father's number. Pathetic support from Airtel, you are just listening not doing anything. Better i should moved to Other SP.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews I am in the UK since January 2020. I havean Airtel SIM deactivated on 27 December 2021. Airtel knows my SIM is in UK but deactivates it without notifying on what I'm supposed to do in order to prevent it! No email. Great customer service.

    @airtelindia After disconnecting our postpaid 9148550213 before traveling abroad on Oct 25th we are still receiving bills for Nov and Dec and are asked to pay even though connection was disconnected by customer care agent. Due amount was also paid as requested till Oct.

    @airtelindia gave a broadband disconnection request (ID- 10011193358) on 24th Dec 2021. Customer care told me TAT for the same is 7 working days. App shows expected closure date 9th Feb!! Is that even a timeline??? #airtelNoThanks #AirtelFail

    @airtelindia @RafaelDeNito guys plz update the software in Airtel xstrem box the system is laging so much even the remote also won't work some time I talk with Airtel technician he told remote is not working so change the remote I changed more thn 2 3 time thn also same problem

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews I am in the UK since January 2020. I have an Airtel SIM deactivated on 27 December 2021. The resolution given is that I need to spend £2000+ to go to India and reactivate it. Wow!
