    Hey @Airtel_Presence, @airtelindia, I just ported my Jio sim to your network. I am not able to use VoLTE service over it, while my another Airtel sim does use VoLTE. I changed my device, but didn't work out. Also, I am not able to reach Customer Care Executive through IVR. HELP

    @VittalGopal @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Almost a month ago I raised a complaint stating that my prepaid number isn't getting 4G signal. What the hell is wrong with your f***ing services? How many times should I report this complaint? It always shows "E" as data signal.

    @airtelindia I am facing worst experience of airtel so far. Limited mobile network and internet network in a Pune. It shows full network at specific place in my home and no network in rest of the place.

    @Airtel_Presence Internet connection is too poor in my area, I am unable use my data completely and unable to use internet, I made call to customer service but no improvement, kindly solve my problem. @airtelindia
