    @airtelindia Lodged online complaint for home internet not working on 10jan and received sms service request no 31 3835838157001 . The same sms also mentioned that airtel will work on it and get back by 25 jan....That is 15 days later. Really? Pls take it seriously.

Airtel Store, P1/P1A, Sandy's Tower Near Ximb Square, Jaydev Vihar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha 751013 I conclude either customer care OR store managers are not aware of the process AIRTEL IS MAKING ME FOOL
