  @airtelindia, I need you to know that you and your customer executive have failed miserably. It may cost my job and if it happens, Airtel will be responsible. Your executive promised installation of WiFi by this evening. He assured me that it will be done. It's not done yet.

  @Vir_Inder_Nath sir, it's been 6months my issue is not resolved from ur broadband team. I haven't received the refund yet. shared all required documents to Airtel via mail and twitter. Still there is no response yet. Request u to provide solution @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
