.@airtelindia There is no way to speak to a human on your customer care numbers. Your app loops back to the same pages. The nodal officer doesn’t entertain calls because regular channels are “operational”. This is shockingly poor “service”, if we can call it that.

@airtelindia The worst customer experience ever ,i called them thrice for complaint registration.The PPPoE password and id they give automatically fails to authenticate which is pathetic. I am facing this problem frequently.After 16 hrs there no call from any engineer to rectify that problem.

I raised the complaint on 03-may-21 about closing my airtel payment bank account but still not yet my account everytime I contact customer care they said it will take another 7 working days. like this service I didn’t except from airtel…..😑 @airtelbank @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia around 1000 users in my colony all will going to file a case against your fraud. Every one have been recharged of 600*1000=6Lfor 84 days. 600000*4.34=2607142.85 Around 26 lacks scam money . You bloody thief. Not doing anything for Network issues.
