@airtelindia Team, without any intimation you cut the internet citing service update and this is happening on regular basis in Zirakpur. This is totally unprofessional without thinking twice how will we manage WFH without the internet. @Airtel_Presence

I didn't know if a month was needed to cancel and reimburse the money. Airtel Xstream Fiber connection (request No. 042710078685) still no refunded i call to 198 and many times to customer care but no use of it. @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia #verypoorcustomerservice
