  @airtelindia 48+ hrs without Xstream Fiber, with repeated false/rolling ETAs: 2PM→3PM→6PM→8PM→tomorrow. Engineer initially had no ticket. Same issue took 3 days last month. I work from home. This level of rude service is unacceptable. Please escalate. Request ID: 11037860516
