@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I tried to reach you guys on 121 or 198 but the IVR says we are ready to answer all our question, but you guys are not ready to take your customers to your CSA. Pathetic service I ever got. You say that you are ready for 5G but u cannot deliver 4G.

After doing oral survey over 50 houses in my area, it is observed that everyone is facing low internet speed problem especially after 5 p.m till midnight. @Airtel_Presence request you to visit area and solve the problem. @airtelindia

Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence we are facing problem with your 2g network,when power cut more than 3 hours,your 4g connectivity convert into 2g,at same point @reliancejio continuously provide 4g networks,hope your team work on it soon, before I will recharge on jio!
