    @airtelindia do you think, in today’s world where everything is digital and everything can be accessed from anywhere, does it make sense to travel to Karnataka from Jharkhand in this pandemic to get the same number where I have been the customer of AIRTEL since atleast 10 yrs.

    @airtelindia does it take lifetime to process the Airtel Black order. It's an endless wait that too for deteriorating services. My Xtreme Fiber has issues, my child-no. lost signals after getting added to mine, and much more. It's painful. @Airtel_Presence

    But after all these visits and further firmware updates nothing worked out. Everything went downhill. I raised another complaint and again a couple of guys came in and said "sir everything is fine but we are escalating the issue to higher authority" @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Caller tune quality is very bad. Listener is hearing caller tune which is distrupted. Whereas i have jio caller tune quality far better than airtel. 😡😡
