  @airtelindia Pathetic customer service. Your people forced me to get a new Air Fiber Wi-Fi connection, saying that the old Wi-Fi can be disconnected and the new one added to my Airtel black. I have now spend 1 hour with customer service, absolutely unable to proceed with this.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My airtel wifi seems off, often my devices quickly lose connection and reconnect, my laptop gets reconnected automatically, but the airtel tv doesn't it says, connected but no internet and resolves only when I restart wifi in tv. Any help on this ?

  Dear @airtelindia what type of service are you providing i am not able to use my internet neither call since last night and what type of customer support you are providing they don’t even know how to resolve the problem and iam facing this issue almost every month .

  I switched from prepaid to postpaid, and my data ran out yesterday. Customer care says they can’t tell me how much data I’ve used, the app doesn’t show it, and I can’t even buy a data top-up. So how am I supposed to know my usage? @airtelindia
