  @airtelindia 1 service request for replacement of modem unresolved since 1 month. Airtel, this is beyond my understanding. Your not-so-smart customer care lodges complaint as "Internet not working", an officer calls and closes complaint. Modem still not replaced. Beyond pathetic.

  @airtelindia Ive had many years of association with Airtel, however I never thought that I will be harassed to this extent. It has been 10 days since my regular follow up with Airtel DTH customer care as the connection is not working. Received no resolution.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Should I approach the Consumer Forum because it seems that you can't fix it. Even if I ask custom. care for "Modem to be replaced", the complaint is filed as "Internet not working". This has led to many complaints which are unilaterally closed.
