    Now for just sending a port request,banking sms service registration,sending quick reply for not answering calls one needs to be on unlimited pack regardless of he being a basic user @airtelindia @TRAI

    Tweet 8. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Service Request no. 10000685384 (27th October). This was the 2-3rd service request no. given in past 15 days and they keep marking it resolved without even doing anything or informing me. I never even gave the happy code to engineer.
