  Worst experience for eSIM to my Airtel number. Visited twice nearby KIITs store in Bhubaneswar, no skilled people, poor customer service & they feel doing a favour. Now decided to move this number to JIO after staying loyal to Airtel more than 2 decades. @airtelindia @JioCare

  @airtelindia Your company and your workers are worst in whole world….. I had raised request for Shifting my WIFI but nobody is helping nor receiving calls. Even customer care giving false promises everyday request ID 21-174456912413 has been confirmed.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Extremely frustrated! I've been calling customer care again & again but no resolution. Technician is refusing to visit and customer care is not reassigning the ticket to anyone else. This service is pathetic. Please look into my issue urgently.

  Dear @Airtel_Presence, @airtelindia There has been a complete Airtel network outage in Mohopada, Rasayani since today. There is no signal at all, making it impossible to make calls, send messages, or use mobile data.
