    @airtelindia Hey Airtel, do tell who are the intellectual people working on your IVR model because if a person is not able to make calls and requires assistantce, he would need to reach out to your support but your IVR is a dead end. Can you guys care to reply?

    Hello @airtelindia & @Airtel_Presence Team Since today's morning, our #airtel Lease line is not working. Tried to connect with the support team via mail and call but didn't get any response from anyone. 250+ employees are working here who have been sitting idle since morning.
