    @airtelindia It had been 2 days that the Airtel network shut down At- Nihal Prasad, Dhenkanal, Odisha.... While other server provide strong network.... Plz concern the solution as soon as possible

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Its been 6 days still not got the internet yet! You mentioned 48 hrs. My work is entirely dependent on the internet. This is very pathetic service from ACT. Please refund my money and disconnect the service. I have decided to get @airtelindia service

    @ACTFibernet No internet from 3.30 pm yesterday, got a message that it will be resolved between 9am- 1 pm till now issue not resolved, disgusting customer support and service, you are forcing customers like us to port to some other service providers like @airtelindia, @HathwayBrdband etc

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It's been 5 days had raised a request for connection shifting. After 2 days, the technician says no port is available n will fix it in. 1/2

    Dear @airtelindia , first you send an inflated bill for DTH/internet service, when we question it, instead of responding to it, you suspend the service! Is this how you provide service to customers?

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @airtelnews A person will get tired of pressing buttons on 121, but still won’t find an option to speak to a customer representative. No one replies to emails sent to 121, and there’s no response from the nodal officer email either. There’s no signal, calls don’t go through, it shows 5G but runs like 2G. And on that useless Airtel Thanks app, if you open the help section, it starts showing ads for Airtel Payments Bank. After a lot of struggle, I managed to open a ticket in the app today (on the 2nd), and they say it will be resolved by the 7th. Nowadays nothing works without OTP, and suddenly the SIM signal has disappeared. There’s no way to reach a customer representative. It’s been more than fifteen years with Airtel postpaid, but the condition of Airtel now has never been this bad. कोई कुछ मदद कर सकता है तो अर्जेंट कर दो भाई? या पोर्ट आउट करवाना है तो साफ साफ बता दो पर इस तरह टॉर्चर मत करो

    @JioCare @airtelindia (2/2) At one point, I had to beg at the Jio service center because they hadn't resolved my internet issue for over 15 days, even though I had already paid for 1 year and it was impacting my office work. They treated me like a dog—maybe worse than a street dog.
