    @Airtel_Presence @airtel_x @airtelindia After 16 days of making payment for xstream fiber connection I got to know that it is not feasible in my area. Now I don't have any info about the refund. And also I'm not able to reach the customer care. Do I need to reach the Police?

    Hi @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia - On account of poor service from Vi, my mother had ported out of the network in March - Usually porting happens post clearance of all dues but here apparently there was still a pending amount

    @airtelindia i was told it shall be done wothin 4 hours...nothing happenend...yesterday the customer care told me 24 hours....nothing happenend...if you are not in to provide services..please disconnect...

    Now someone called me from social media team and says I've to wait for 30 days which is exactly what was hidden from me for the sale which means I'm cheated for a sale. This is the SOLUTION they offered to me. Thanks a lot @airtelindia for your services will switch asap
