    Very bad experience with @JioCare @reliancejio 10 days no phone calls no engineer visit. Only excuses... we are working, technical issues etc. etc . Jio fibre..... Not Recommended . @airtelindia now i have to change my mind, they never gonna solve my problem. I want Airtel fibre

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Its been last 4 days, am unable to use my internet properly and airtel customer care are also unreachable evrytym. How can airtel claims to be the best telecom provider in india? Who gives them the liberty to use best provider?

    @airtelnews @airtelindia what is this?Wht sort of 4G network is this in the heart of Bhubaneswar? Those days are gone when i would finish the daily quota of 2 GB. Once Termed as the fastest network, but today i think it is the worst among all. Last 3 months i m facing this issue

    @Airtel_Presence, I'm currently experiencing extremely slow connection. It's better to work on the network rather than to branding airtel as India's No 1 brand. PS: I switched to Airtel from Jio. I'm regretting. @airtelindia 😡

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 15/05/2022 I have recharged 239 28 days pach 4 pm.but main balance deduct 73.47 at 06pm. Talk to your senior executive subhashree very bad service..please resolve this case.otherwise I've complain to @TRAI

    Hi @airtelindia The Rule is That Your Incoming and Outgoing Calls will Only Be Active by Recharging Rs 79 Per Month. But Where we Link All Our Personal Numbers Like the Bank, The Aadhaar Card Will Only Get its Incoming Message if We Recharge it ... It is Bad For Us.

    Yesterday I called @airtelindia customer care for aome basic doubts and it got cleared. But after that I got around 5-6 calls from @airtelindia marketing IVRS. It was like I did a mistake by calling them. During office hours its very annoying!

    Why does @airtelindia customer service seem to be working so poorly? There is no proper way for prepaid customers to contact customer support or speak with an official. When a bill payment is due, Airtel sends several reminders. @Airtel_Presence #gopalvittal

    @airtelindia have you fired all your customer care representatives? There are only AI bots available to help who are of no use. How are we supposed to raise a complaint when we can't even talk to a HUMAN who actually understands the problem.

    @airtelindia do you guys even have an active customer care or what?? Your customer care phone line is inactive, your Airtel app chat bot won’t take me anywhere, I can’t even chat or speak with an actual human agent. I’m not able to find solution to my problem. Like wth?????
