I've been using Bharti fibre for a while. They stop internet service for at least 3 hours each time. When we call them, they don't pick up; the only thing they leave in their message is a time and nothing else. Very pathetic experience. 😡 @airtelindia kindly retweet.

@airtelindia I had taken a connection on 06 Sept and on 07 sept i had connection issues. After informing the engineer so many times and he came and rectified. Again after 2 days wifi stopped working. I had informed the engineer on Sunday but he told someone will come.

@airtelindia What about your existing network? All existing users screwed? You had this problem when you upgrade networks from 3G to 4G. You need to find a way to nnot affect existing users if you want to retain them. Frequent call drops, no ring, only missed calls a norm with airtel ntk now.
