    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia If u can't provide timely resolution, then why you commit it at first? FYI, ur tech guy visit, did nothing and walk out saying the issue will be resolved in an hour.  It's been more than time committed & there is no change. Cc @DoT_India

    @airtelindia what a poor network and customer service by Airtel. The network keeps on fluctuating, dropping to 0 and switching to 2G. Gone are the days of best network and a great customer service by Airtel.
