    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Day by day degrading WiFi services. Its happening every Monday from last 3 weeks that internet is down and then takes 5-6 hours to resolve. Come-on all this is happening on Monday when starting the work week. Very frustrating.

    @TRBRajaa @airtelindia Yeah, the problem is they've dumped 4G long back, so it's unreliable already. And for 5G, the range is low - travelling faster in highways require switching base stations. Unless they increase the number of towers in these regions, we ain't gonna see good 5G connectivity.

    @TRBRajaa @airtelindia Forget th network problem in Highways. Right in the center of the city at Besant Nagar network as well as telephone signals are very weak. No response for complaints

    Dear @airtelindia, should it really take 47 mins to close a Wi-Fi connection? Instead of pushing discounts & offers, please invest in fixing your network. Mobile connectivity is equally pathetic. Customers need a network that works, not more offers!

    @airtelindia I requested to cancel my airfiber and got 5 calls from different people asking me why I want to discontinue even though i explained it to the first guy. When I actually asked for a service requet due to continuous disconnections nobody really called or resolve.

    Dear @airtelindia Have u lost your mind or senses ? How much calls and messages u bombard customers for payments bill reminds and that stupid automated messages from Kavita each morning at 9:30 and still due date is 7 days away why do u spam this is against trai guidelines
