    @airtelindia I've contacted Customer Care, 121, and escalated to the Appellate Authority. If Airtel cannot explain the discrepancy between what was shown in the app and what was billed, All details are shared over email and explained to customer care .

    @airtelindia Thank you for NOT relocating my Wi-Fi within the promised timeline. Multiple calls to customer care got no meaningful response or were disconnected. Now I have no internet & don’t know how I’ll work tomorrow. Extremely disappointed.

    The @airtelindia customer service is a never ending loop of empty promises. My router drops the connections, making it difficult for work and instead of a resolution, I am just being made to run from pillar to post with automated replies and delayed visits. @Airtel_Presence
