    @airtelindia what the hell happened to your system. Customer paid and recharged their number, after 3-4 days of recharge i am getting message about product & services that i checked before recharge. Why your system sending alot of SMS?

    @airtelindia Worst network ever. Got a new broadband connection on April 4. Within 15 days Internet not working for the past 5 days. No help from your technical team. Very frustrated. My landline number is 04449590577. Hope at least you will help.

    @nevillejude @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In india, you have to give out your phone number everywhere to do anything and there is no protection in place against this. The number of messages and calls I get in a day for promotions that I never gave consent to is outrageous and outnumbers anything else. It’s harassment.

    @airtelindia Airtel has a no any senior officer (like Manager or any other officer) who can make all the decisions that can listen to the customer and answer the customer's questions, then where to do DM.

    @airtelindia Pathetic customer support. I have raised a request to change the name, It’s been two months and no update yet. Today I forwarded the proof along with signed NOC. The reply I got says that it’s not my registered email.
