    So after 5 to 6 years of Being part of @airtelindia Family leaving Airtel now,From Paying bill of 6.5k rs. to 10k rs. per year leaving coz of your Wynk fake Contest Winning policy and your so called Poor Network and Internet Quality. Thanks for the support till date, Bye Bye.

    Got the worst experience ever From @airtelindia after booking a fiber connection yesterday. Agent told that connection will be done before 01:00 PM at the Time of Booking after booking i have tried to call him but his phone is switched off and evan no response from customer care.

    @airtelindia before few months I had bought Airtel internet tv setup box from croma...but I feeling ditched as company had stop this category very soon as it's not working good neither comfortable in browsing..hence they shld help me to change it

    Hey @airtelindia, enough is enough. Despite multiple assurances that my 'Google One' subscription was canceled, it has appeared on my bill yet again. Your resolution time takes so long that I’m hit with late fees while waiting for fix. I’ve been overpaying for 2 yrs. User Beware

    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, I am tired of your scams. I’ve been trying to cancel my Wi-Fi for 3 months. There is no "cancel" button in your app! ​Your staff is rude, they hang up on me, and they close my tickets without helping. I’m not paying for this stress anymore.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Paying for a 200 Mbps Airtel Xstream Fiber plan and internet has been down for 7 days. No customer care response, no chat support, no proper resolution even after repeated complaints. Completely unacceptable service from Airtel.

    @airtelindia Hey raised a request on 4th May for shifting my WiFi connection and it was supposed to be completed by 8th May. Today is 12th May and nothing has happened yet. I’ve called customer care multiple times but no action has been taken. Extremely disappointing service.

    4 days without internet. Multiple service requests. No technician visit. Yet Airtel keeps marking it “resolved.” Now they say it may take 5 more days. Internet is essential for my work. This is pathetic service and it’s causing serious mental stress. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
