    UPDATE: Airtel customer service is ABSOLUTELY STUPID ๐Ÿ˜ค Called after my IPTV complaint (see previous tweet), they RAISED A DTH REQUEST instead of IPTV! I NEVER asked for DTH! This is COMPLETE negligence + total incompetence from Airtel. Now NO callback AGAIN! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE that buying a NEW SERVICE takes so much of delays? Cancel this WRONG DTH ticket & activate IPTV IMMEDIATELY! Your system is UTTERLY USELESS! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelnews @airtelindia @airtelindia Customers face instant late fees for payment delays: but when companies deliver poor service, they pay no penalty at all. If you expect us to pay on time, we expect you to deliver on your promises. Fairness should work both ways. More than 2weeks, facing issues.
