The connection has not been in use for the last 2โ3 months, as it was installed only for CCTV, which is no longer operational. Despite my written request, I have not received any acknowledgement, Service Request (SR) number, or response. Kindly: โข Process the permanent disconnection immediately. โข Ensure no future bills are generated after my disconnection request. โข Clarify the status of the Airtel UPS device (return/refund/ownership). A grievance has also been submitted with the appropriate telecom authority. Please resolve this matter at the earliest.

Please install optical fiber or refund the cost.
