    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia You are requested to either resolve my problem (which was supposed to be solved by 22/12) or resume the service ASAP. As I am facing lots of difficulty without the internet. Otherwise I have to switch to some other service provider.

    @airtelbank @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence do I need to tweet everytime in order to get the reply in the private message?? It's been 3 days and yet the problem haven't been solved. That's the reason why I wanted to talk with the customer care. Coz in chat it won't happen unless it's not a BOT
