@airtelindia I reside in #Bangalore one of busiest and populated area 560016. I see #airtelxstreampremium connection on the next street part of same area. It is very disappointing that India's biggest network provider @airtelindia is not able to get a broadband connection past 6 months.

@airtelindia : Your support team is not able to resolve the inflated / wrong billing issue since 4 days. Most importantly, this was not expected from Airtel that there will be a mistake in billing and in turn takes more than 3 days to resolve it...

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Such a frustrating customer care. I have premium black plan , I raise ticket everytime for poor network, it is closed just by saying it is resolved. No one reaches out to me, I dont know what resolution was provided but ticket is closed.
