    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , Please cancel the WIFI installation of 04433524051_wifi as the installation was delayed and no proper response from the sales agent Dillibabu and installation guy Ezhilarasan and store folks. All ignore you once the payment is done.

    I have been an @airtelindia customer for years, and what I've experienced over the last week has been deeply disappointing. An accidental prepaid-to-postpaid migration on my number was reported by me almost immediately . I visited the Airtel Store, spent nearly an hour. (1/7)

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence More than 12 hours my wifi is down, multiple tries to get in touch with customer care failed. Created complain via Airtel app, the technician failed to show up, now rescheduled for Sunday. You couldn't respond to me on a working day and expect me to trust you guys to show up on a Sunday? I think it is time to part my way with airtel, 10 years of trust down the drain. Easily the worst customer service #fail

    Update: Still no technician assigned. Still no response. At this point, I’m not waiting for a resolution. I’m waiting for an acknowledgement. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
