    @airtelindia What exactly are we paying for? I live in Kurla Nehru Nagar, Bldg 68 & the Airtel network here is absolutely pathetic. Residents, especially those whose homes face the backside of the building, get little to no signal throughout the day. PT1

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Well it's 4 days now your wifi service doesn't seem to improve.. Daily afternoon wifi speed goes slow. Advertising 5 g speed is awesome only in ad. Wonder how a company can give bla bla **** n bull stories. Bills r paid on time.

    @airtelindia My wifi is not working and I have registered complaint number 11032600322 the issue is not resolved engineers came and did some work but it is still not working

    Dear @airtelindia, I called 121 to speak with a customer care executive, but the IVR said I don't have sufficient balance to connect the call. However, I have an active ₹399 recharge with unlimited calls, unlimited 4G data, and 5G benefits.

    @airtelindia This issue is quite urgent for me as I need internet access for an emergency. Kindly prioritize checking this matter and provide an update as soon as possible. If the recharge benefits cannot be activated immediately, please process a refund at the earliest.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I booked a IPTV box and paid advance money online as per airtel team. Now service engineer is refusing to install IPTV but DTH only even after many days. Neither airtel is refunding my money also they changed my prepaid connection to post paid.

    @airtelindia My Airtel Xstream Fiber has now been down for over 25 hours (since around 8 PM yesterday). What's more disappointing is the complete lack of accountability. I've called the installation engineer, the local support contacts, and the complaint handlers.
