    @airtelindia Trying to port a number to airtel. Gave a request through the app weeks back but the request is still pending. Tried the call centre but they are of little help except transferring the calls from one person to another in their bid to solve the complaint.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have followed up a lot with customer care to get my fibre broadband plan changed but it seems Airtel doesn't care for customer issues. It's been more than a week issue is not resolved. last option is to switch to better broadband provider Jio.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am facing issues with my phone internet , it’s getting worst and worst, not even able to browse normal google , I am feeling fed up writing to support, kindly confirm is there any chance of getting my network better or shall move to other network

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I don't know how many times I need to raise the concern related to bill and every time I get to know you will get a call back but as of now no call received. Really pathetic service, during purchase all the talks and now shows the reality.

    @airtelindia Near about 77 hours spend and still i dont get any wifi connection if there is limited supply then why you dont tell people that you cant able to do KYC. who is responsible for this such a worst company i ever seen.
