    Since Monday, all we’ve been getting are endless promises β€œby morning,” β€œby evening,” β€œin a few hours” but still NO INSTALLATION. Completely unacceptable customer service. Please stop giving false timelines and get this resolved immediately. @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @airtelindia @airtelnews I have your life sucking air fibre connection with 100 mbps unlimited speed which sucks to load a basic 4K movie while no other system is in use. Why big advertisement and frequent price increase when you can’t even stand up to what you promise?

    @airtelindia what the hell ? How do I even get my broadband connection deactivated? I have been calling customer care multiple times and they do not listen. Just put me on hold for hours. why have you made this process so tedious? I am fed up guys. No resolution still.

    @Airtel_Presence It's been 7 days since your response here on Twitter, 13 days since ticket filed and 18 days since no network. With so much action online nothing happened on ground. I don't see commitment at all from @airtelindia

    @MahiMishra98 Don't go for @airtelindia , they are cheats. It has been more than a couple of months with a disconnection request of second dth connection. Still not resolved,amount being debited without usage. Till date they are ucing bullshit standard responses. Customer care is bot and is totally useless.
