  Such a miserable service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence they tell me they’ll give me callback in 4 hours but never call, this is 3rd time in a week btw, my tickets are automatically closed, no acknowledgment of callback,I think I’ll switch to @JioCare

  @airtelindia I never thought your services can be so poor. I have a airtel black connection with 2 post paid one DTH and one WiFi.. now it's 36 hrs and you did nothing. I am told 72 hrs time frame to resolve... And I am in Gomti Nagar Lucknow Not in a Jungle.
