    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I regularly use International Roaming on my 20-yr-old postpaid connection. From the past 2 months - No Outgoing Calls work when I'm abroad. Data + Incoming Calls work all fine. Tried customer care multiple times - No Resolution.

    @rahulpnwr12 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence As all private sector players such as telecom, ecomm, banks have become very profitable so now they are employing friends and relatives.. Their customer care and escalation is useless.. I had so many experiences with icici, upstox.. They don't care for business anymore..

    Hlo @airtelindia Net not working properly frm last 2 weeks We stay in a society & hv a dedicated group also made by local sales person bt they dont respond to that all 50+ families planning to switch over altogether due to negligence of your staff & bad service @Airtel_Presence

    Still no sign of a technician. Missed yesterday's slot, missed today's 12-1 PM slot. Majorly regretting choosing @JioCare instead of @airtelindia. Absolute rubbish customer service.

    .@airtelindia seems like you need 1 week for installation alone. 3 days back I requested an airfiber connection. The technician told me within 1 day the installation will be done... I can't track the status and can't contact the customer care. Please cancel if it takes more time.

    Unable to reach out to a human customer service agent to explain @airtelindia and your AI chat support or IVR isn't able to address this. all customer support services at a limbo!!
