    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm an active postpaid user and having wifi also in our house, the network is soo bad, 1. wifi gets disrupted once in every week. 2. Mobile data is very very bad. Worst service, Area: rose cross 3, Whitefield, Bangalore

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It's been almost 3 months, and you're still "looking into it." At this rate, it feels like you're conducting a research project instead of resolving a simple refund issue. Does Airtel actually have a customer support team empowered to solve problems?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence since last 5 days the Airtel Network has been consistently fluctuating between 5G to 4G to Edge to No Service. Have DMed you multiple times but no response. This is my primary number for OTP and calls and has been lying useless. So difficult to reach
