  @airtelindia. Hello pl activate my phone #9810145234, every time I call executives for help I m asked to pay for some unknown pending bills. Now my account shows Rs-3555, even then the service remains barred. why have Customer care who can’t help? Incompetent Cheats!

  🚨 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Day 4 with NO WiFi connection! The app says an ongoing ticket exists, but every day a new customer care agent promises a technician & NO ONE shows up. The first assigned agent's phone is switched off. Fix this issue on priority please.

  @airtelindia - I want to upgrade to 1199 with dth. However I am informed that my plan will be activated immediately but the dth installation will happen after 7 days maximum. I am getting charged first but I am paying for 7 days without service. Plz advise

  @airtelindia, does it take a social media post to get a connection (Airtel One No. 10101028938186) working, only to ensure outage a few hours later? You masquerade as a service provider but I am forced to wonder if cheating your customers is your real intent.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I switched to Airtel Postpaid for better service and internet quality, but at my location even the 4G network doesn't work properly. Forget about 5G,So what's the point of using a postpaid connection? porting to Jio seems like a better option.
