  @TRAI Airtel is intentionally withholding unique port codes even after generating them twice. They are also imposing unwanted services on customers. When a customer wishes to discontinue these services, all other services are disconnected. @airtelindia

  @Giza8774 @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia Argh! In 2004-5, I was Vodafone’s 2nd highest NCR customer in terms of billing, after a popular news anchor then with NDTV. Have raised the complaint multiple times but no action was taken to resolve the network issue.If my parents wants to call someone first they have to go to terrace so that their call could go through & they can get the network.   Disappointed with @airtelindia broadband. Constant outages (mins to hours) & absolutely NO human customer support. The AI bot just books a ticket with resolution date after 10-15 days, and repeat same ticket no on further calls. Service is getting worse day by day!
