    @airtelindia Airtel 4g device is not working since morning . The network seems disconnected in every 10 min and very bad speed. I have 268gb data is available on my sim . Can someone please look into this.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have been constantly requesting that I need broadband connection in Bariatu Housing Ranchi but all I am getting in return is Regret.. I have been a customer of Airtel for over 20yrs now and this is the kind of service I am getting.. I am annoyed.

    @Airtel_Presence I hope @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence team understand that it's majorly work from home and basic necessity is WiFi and this is how Airtel catering to the needs of their customer.. I had a wired normal connection before for 2 yrs hardly I faced this problem and with fibrenet poor

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @VittalGopal It's been weeks I have been requesting team to look for broadband connection in my Area Bariatu Ranchi & no one is doing anything I have been a customer for Airtel since 20yrs & this is what we get in terms of service. Pathetic

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia hello airtel I am your broadband customer my area doesn’t support more then 40mbps and even your 4G connections are not great as compared to JIO . To be honest work from home is not possible with this scenario. I might get fired from my firm . HELP

    I raised a complaint for No internet again and nothing has been done on it do far @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Sandeep Kumar has been assigned the case I have been constantly calling him & he is not responding.. Pathetic service.. Deteriorating service.

    @airtelindia the DTH service has gone down significantly.. u r only focused on selling new stb.I had replaced my stb twice, thrice in last 8 mnths, replaced d remote twice bt unable to have seamless tv viewing experience. Y do I need to pay because of cheap third class equipment?
