@airtelindia its been a week now that FTTH are not working. Following your call center and local technician for resolution but nothing is working out. 134960770 ticket no. Kids are getting online classes and daily classes are being delivered to students stops in between.

I had 2 landline numbers. I wanted my Internet to me moved to my old number and disconnect the other. After numerous calls and store visit, I now have 3 numbers, slow Internet and they took away my old plan. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia just made a mess of a simple request.

@airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence The network in Sector 56, Gurgaon has gone from bad to worse. It’s getting impossible to make calls, connect to other mobiles and even attend calls - the voices on either sides hardly get through. Pls look into this on priority.

@airtelindia I am not able to make and receive any calls since 4-5 days there is no network, when I run the diagnosis via airtel app it says enable Volte, my mobile handset is volte enabled and compatible. I had no issues before 4-5 days. Please look into it.
