    @airtelindia I hv been reaching out to customer care to unbundle a family plan & add numbers to Airtel black. I was asked to clear outstanding to do so & I did it at least twice in last 1 month but they are dumb enough to not do it. Can you do something or should I port out?

    Update 2. @reliancejio is far far ahead of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence in terms of speed and call quality. The best test of a network is your frustration. With airtel, there were frequent call drops & speed issues. Now, with Jio, there’s no frustration.
