    @airtelindia, Not sure whats wrong with your service? The internet service has gone down again.... Raising the complaint for the 8th time.... Not sure if the social media team at airtel has proper channels to raise a complaint against the concerns being raised by the customer

    @airtelindia Hi here Vijay around 6 months am using Airtel Xstream broadband Landline no : 08049754715 couple of days am not able use internet, I tried to connect with customer care no use am paying bill for this two days issue I need compensation it’s not my problem

    @airtelindia Pathetic customer service. Keeps transferring calls in the name “escalation”. This is how you treat long serving customers?! Useless lot! Fayaz and Husain from customer care we’re of no help and kept transferring the call saying we are escalating! Pathetic service!

    @airtelindia do you need a decade now to resolve my issue. It is literally a harrasment which I am facing now. An issue to get resolved should not take more than 24-48 hrs to resolve but it's been more than 7 months now.

    @airtelindia @AirtelKK New Scam!! Most of airtel SIMs going invalid.1self need 2 visit with ID. 2reactivate & pay 50+ reduced validity. beware customers ur SIM can go invalid after few days of recharge & be ready 2 face huge Q & rude agents of Airtel. @TRAI Y only airtel SIMs?

    @airtelindia Recently taken and unlimited plan of Airtel broadband connection with 1024mbps, unlimited plan. After a few days my speed drops to 1.2 Mbps and Airtel customer care claims there is a limit of 3333 GB which is exhausted. Extremely contradictory. @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare @reliancejio 3 days no support and no engineer visit, is this the best you can do in Prime City - Delhi, Dwarka. I hope you still have to wait for IPO, improve you're support first, so unreliable If it doesn't get resolved by today I'm switching to @airtelindia Fiber

    @airtelindia Broadband is not working from last 4 days, not even a single call back from you guys. Now struggling to get the connection terminated. Pls help in getting 012044217203_dsl terminated effectively from 11th July. I will not liable to pay any broadband fee after 11 july

In automative sector, cut throat competition and great options for customers. Mobile service - either useless airtel or ambani jio or near bankrupt vi. Public taken for a ride.

    @airtelindia @perplexity_ai I have ported my prepaid number from Airtel to @JioCare 6 months ago. I am no longer an Airtel customer, but I receive renewal SMS for perplexity pro. Request cancellation of any VAS and confirmation that no charges will be made.
