Raised 15 to 20 complaints, but none of your team members are able to fix the issue permanently. Internet is down again since morning. My fiber wire was disconnected by your team, and I have had no Wi-Fi for almost 7 days despite paying for the service. SR: 11036972268 Stop giving new dates. Reconnect my connection immediately and compensate/extend my validity for the outage period. This is unacceptable service.
