Booked a 200MBPS connection and paid 3 months advance after providing area details and after installation the speed was 40MBPS. When asked they say thats all there is support for. Repeated calls everyday, of no avail. @airtelindia #AirtelCheats #airtel

@airtelindia It's fixed, after a few rounds of twts & mails. Don't know why customer care doesn't respond at earliest. Today user has so many options, if he is sticking wth u for last 10 yrs, give importance, solve issues quickly. I hope this is last tym am tweeting for issues.

@airtelindia pathetic service. Been waiting since 2 days to get a call from your representative to schedule for fiber installation. Got 7 calls asking whether I got the installation done. But, nothing on the actual work. Assigned engineer isn't even picking the phone.

@airtelindia is the worst network. Always their is a issue. Now their is no 4G or any kind of data connectivity in Bangalore. Now we have only depend of WiFi network. You @Airtel_Presence should sell your company and start a Ad agency, your good at that.

@HathwayBrdband- (2/2) I receive 6-7 calls daily and this has been happening since 1 month now. My no. is registered in DND and they keep calling through private numbers @DoT_India, @airtelindia their service reps are incapable of addressing the issue and they go on long hold.
