Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia why are there so many dropped calls and in general poor call quality all over? This is 2022, the only thing consistent in your network is the poor call quality.

@XxLxcid @airtelindia Airtel is becoming the worst network in India. Nowadays they will tell coz of 5G upgradation but before that too in my hometown inside coverage is very poor. I had complained to them several times without solving my issues they will close my concern.

@airtelindia Its very strange that you do not give an option to cancel amazon prime subscription through Airtel App nor you allow customers to raise complaint to through airtel, but putting through IVR and chatbot which do not resolve customer issues. Can you help on this?
