Raised 15 to 20 complaints, but none of your team members are able to fix the issue permanently. Internet is down again since morning. I'm just frustrated with Airtel after 1 day. I have complained over the phone, but it has not been resolved yet, for more than 7 hours now. I have reached out to Airtel Store, Appellate authority, X dm everything. I will also be porting my existing Airtel Black connection to Jio. Being a long time customer of Airtel brings no value and its only fair I port my existing family members connection from Airtel to Jio.
