    Even sharing video of problem multiple times has not helped. As you can see once you go to apps usage, you can not get back to TV a usage untill you switch off the box from main board!! Please help. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I have connected with airtel internet on 30th July, plan is 799/- per month. From 30th to till now not a single day i haven't faced connection problem sometimes no internet sometimes disconnected. I am fed up with your service nobody has been resolved my problem

    @airtelindia prepaid user for 3 years. Switched to postpaid since March'21, network degraded greatly(both parent and daughter sims). Couldn't use even browser and sometimes call too. Please look into the matter asap. @Airtel_Presence
