    You sales rep stops responding to calls and adds the numbers to block list. Please take immediate action and resolve the issue. Worst service! @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia in my present indoor location there is lot of network issue and internet connectivity problem I have given 100times complaints to customer care . Frm past3yrs i am facing problem & also visited airtel store till now haven't resolve my network issue

    @JioCare please stop cheating in the name of services @reliancejio. Why u don't hv services like safe custody like available in @airtelindia. What options are available if users don't want to avail service for some days.

Every time I get told it’ll take 48 hours to close but the same has not been done till now. From past 1 year I’ve been paying the money for the same. Such callous behaviour from Airtel. Any solution?

I contacted customer care and the guy I talked to said the exact same thing "team's looking into it" this is just insane

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Why am I paying for 6 months when there will be no wifi for about 30 days. And some random customer agent will will promise for a discount in next bill and disappear, there will be no accountability. This sounds simple but not.
