    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please Please Please improve ur network in my location i hav 6 connection of u in my home n no one is getting proper signal strength. If we step in our home means we r switching off our mobiles. Complained many time but no one is responding!!

    What's left but the false hopes??? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Though you bill me thousands I've stick to you guys inspite of having much better offers from other service providers. I have been raising complaints over the network problem for the past 4 years. But no use!!

    @airtelindia My Wi-Fi and DTH is not working since 5 days. Who is use of Airtel Black. Everywhere only automated voice message is given. The period till both things are down must be compensated by not charging for the period or increasing the bill period. Airtel ID 10101026765686

    Hey @airtelindia . M unable to work!! The internet is not working since 4 hours. Trying to contact customer care but AI responds only. 15 years customer with the same number.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Now, 3 days has already passed. Today also I called the customer care to hear the same old fake promise that "it will be resolved within 24 hours sir" Total nonsense service by Airtel to be honest. Kindly help.

    Not only perplexity. With @airtelindia there is no easy option even to discontinue the wifi service. They dont respond too.

    @airtelindia Your ads show network in jungles and on mountaintops, but you can't deliver stable internet in Bengaluru. Full signal, active data, yet a simple UPI payment took nearly 30 minutes because the internet kept failing. Ads are impressive, service isn't.

    @airtelindia customer please don't buy black service as horrible customer support.. it's harrasment... after sales service is absent avoid airtel they have became complacent..Mr.Mittal has lost interest in customer service
