  @airtelindia I’m on a ₹379 unlimited plan, still getting alerts for “100% daily data used” and being pushed to buy extra data packs. My phone shows 5G network, so why am I being asked to recharge again? Is this how “unlimited” works now?

  @airtelindia your Xtreme fiber has become a headache for me,and you people have distanced customers from contacting you guys ,on some serious match days ,you create a problem,my wifi was working they came to solve the relative wifi and they fixed theirs and fy**kd mine.

  Airtel Wifi service in Delhi is so pathetic and Airtel app is just useless in solving any real Issue the chatbot does the same thing over and over and nothing happen's. No customer support after selling You internet Plan. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

  @airtelindia customer service is not as expected, I activated my esim. Still after 38 hrs I am unable to send and receive texts, I raise a complaint yesterday night given assurance it will be resolved in 4hrs but still no resolution.I called again still they are not sure on fix

  @airtelindia When will my problem with Wifi connectivity be resolved? It has been down for 4-5 days, I contacted the Airtel team on the phone each and every day and still my Wifi is down. I am frustrated right now. I am tired of fake assurances.
