    Are there no customer support executive to talk to customer in your support system? Automated IVR and Chatbot hardly help !!! increasing frustration of already aggrieved customer. @airtelindia

    Dear @AirtelIndia @Airtel_Presence ,I'm completely fed up with the constant speed issues on my Wi-Fi connection. Despite repeated problems, the service hasn't improved. Please process my broadband disconnection request at the earliest. I no longer wish to continue.
