    @pbhushan1 I agree with this observation. Even with our FTTH @airtelindia increases internet speed when we lodge a complaint, and reduces it after a couple of days.

    @airtelbank @airtelindia My FASTag issue is still unresolved despite multiple complaints. Linked mobile number is inactive and ₹40 pending issue is also not getting cleared. I have to travel to Nepal on 28 Aug. Please resolve/activate my FASTag urgently. Kindly escalate.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Please resolve my billing complaint. My plan is ₹699 Postpaid + ₹699 Wi-Fi/DTH, but I’m being charged extra. Despite repeated complaints, no proper resolution has been provided. Please review and waive the disputed extra charges.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence wifi is not working at my house. It’s been 4 days and still the issue is not fixed. Whenever i call customer service, m being told that it will get fixed in 2hrs. I have spoken with them 4 times till now. Please look into it asap.

    Anyone faced this issue? Airtel is unable to latch on to any network in Japan. It shows multiple network when I do the manual network connectivity but it fails to register to any. As a result, the international roaming pack won’t activate and no otps are coming through. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence interested in helping out?

    @airtelindia My Wi-Fi complaint is pending since 20 August. Despite repeated assurances, no technician has visited and no response to my email. Extremely poor service and zero accountability. Think twice before choosing Airtel Wi-Fi.

    @airtelindia I received a message on 13th Aug to complete rekyc for my mobile on or before 28th to resume services. I visited your offices on devraj urs Road mysore but they are forcing me to go for postpaid to resume service. This is not acceptable. @airtelindia plz allow reactivation & kyc

    @airtelindia @JM_Scindia I am facing problem with airtel from last 20 days but no solution so I already told using multiple customer call as well as using same channel ,please revert my plan and reimburse my amount
