Your own SMS committed resolution by 1 PM today. I was then given 4:30 PM, followed by 7:13 PM after being told your ground team wasn't responding.

My excess payment needs to be refunded to my account or adjusted against my number. Escalation to appellate tribunal is also not resolving this issue
