    @airtelindia had raised a request(service request: 10147606699)to disconnect my broadband service by paying the outstanding amount till 6th Mar. It was not disconnected and a new bill has been generated today. I have raised a consumer grievance(4435218)today.

    @Airtel_Presence Extremely disappointed with the service. Your tech installed coverage at my place but did not configure 5Ghz, saying it does not need to be configured separately. I just figured out and configured 5Ghz! What a blatant lie by the tech! @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Don't know why do I need to switch off and switch on the modem on daily basis to get unhindered broadband service (it wasn't the case few weeks back) are you trying to push us to shift from 4G to 5G to make few extra bucks😫😭😩

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia have been trying to get a resolution to the broadband failure at my home in Hinjewadi, Pune - but there is no intimation as to when the right team could come and fix. On top of it the airtel phone network at my place is so bad as well
