    @airtelindia very pathetic service of optical Fiber, for last one and half month, I am suffering from internet issue usually once in a week. After several complaints, no one seems to concerned about problem. When I call, I have been told that cable has been damaged pls cooperate

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence the last 3 years I've got worst response in customer care. My internet speed is always down and i have to call like 4-5 times a week. Internet was stopped for over 5 days and i was told it will be fixed in few hours and again facing same problems.
