    Dear @TRAI, I am being given the runaround by @airtelindia, which is not solving the outage in my area for the last three days. Their call center is trying to sell me new plans instead of giving any information about the problem and its resolution. Tagging @JM_Scindia now.

    My internet was off for nearly 10 days between two billing cycle June and July. I got a call for payment and I toll them that the internet was off for days I need resolution on this. I didn't got contacted further. ACC no. 20040106718 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    Unlimited 5G on Airtel: Unlimited in the recharge plan, limited in reality. Called customer care 3 times. Every time: “Sir, it will be fixed.” Still waiting for the unlimited 5G I paid for. Maybe the service is unlimited, but the patience required certainly is. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews 5g isn't working in my area during last 4 months. I have compliants many many times but not resolved the issue. Who'll take responsibility for this. My recharge is useless. Airtel network is worst in my area.

    @airtelindia I find most pathetic network speed I am using 5G Airtel on my mobile, I think Airtel least bothered as there is duopoly in mobile network availability in India , most unfortunate indeed. one pays for 5 G but gets not even 2G.
