    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I think Airtel has employed IAS Officers for field job which don’t even pick the phone call of customer. Inspite of repeated followups from last three days with the field person, he is neither picking the call nor calling me back.

    @airtelindia I am living in BDI sunshine city alwar byepass Bhiwadi where your goes down when power cut, no power backup provided due to that only 2g network we get..... kindly look into the issue.

    @airtelindia Tavelled to canada feb 26th, SIM worked until Mar 26 after that it is saying “no SIM card and no network connection”. I called Airtel customer care they have raised complaint 31-3607360229714. Till now it didn’t resolve. Can you resolve ASAP.

    @airtelindia It is a painful experience living in Delhi with Airtel in New Rajendra Nagar area . Mobile connectivity is so darned poor that I feel like smashing the phone. Last five years have been just painful. #MTNL has been sent packing by the Govt. #DigitallySmartIndia

    Please do not use @airtelindia network worst internet usage if i am calling 198 then it will saying about 5min of unsuable story and then not even connecting the customer care representative . Then also we have to go through only IVR options.

    @airtelindia Trying to reach out to customer care for airtel broadband disconnection but unable to do so. There’s no option for disconnection on app neither is any process mentioned on airtel website. Need to get this completed by Monday as moving out of the city. Pls help.
