    @airtelindia your customer care interface is really not good. I want to change the billing date from 12 of each month to 30 of each month. But I don't know how to do that. Raised a couple of service requests too but nobody contacted me me so far.

    @reliancejio I am in gurgaon ,i have a valid 395 recharge plan but no invitation by jio ,no receive 5g network,ios 16.2 updated in my 13 pro max Even my neighbor received 5g network or invitation @JioTrue5G if not possible then everyone should Switch to @airtelindia

    @airtelindia The 5G Network is grossly underperforming. The network keeps switching between 5G & 4G and it's so frequent that any apps like UPI, Banks and for that matter Airtel Thanks freezes. Voice call drops or disruption too is ALWAYS ON. No support from C Care post complaint

    @airtelindia Yesterday, My SIM has stopped working. Today morning, change the SIM with cost to Rs. 50. But till now SIM is not activated for my M#9910106488. I am giving rental to every month then why I have to pay the cost to new SIM. Airtel become poor service provider.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Please note that your 4G network in Gurugram District Court area is terrible. Works at a crawling speed much less than even 2G. Makes a lot of people think about changing service providers because of sheer frustration. Take urgent notice.

    @airtelindia I booked xtreme fiber on 17th Oct. 2022 , i submit my all document ur customer service executive "Ketan" They Called me "sir aaj shyam tak aapka net lag jaega " then i called on 19th Oct they they said "sir aaj lag jaega " now is 20th oct i called her and (1/2)

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @aajtak Very wrost services of AIRTEL , I complaint 3-4 times but there is no response and Airtel executive says 'do not use our services we are not able to resolve, we have no service support.

    Despite 100s of calls to the customer care and assurance received yesterday that it wont happen, @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence has still auto-renewed my Amazon Prime subscription. This is surely been done on purpose to loot the customers. Please avoid using airtel guys. #airtel

    @Giza8774 @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia Argh! In 2004-5, I was Vodafone’s 2nd highest NCR customer in terms of billing, after a popular news anchor then with NDTV. And according to them, I’m still a “VIP customer”. Sad how the brand just died. Even when I handled the Airtel account in 2012-14, I retained their no.

    How does a total scam service by @airtelindia still operate? They hate their customers. I changed my house and they neither send anyone to shift my connection nor disconnect it for more than 2 weeks! 10+ calls on their helpline also don't do anything. Time to move to @reliancejio

    @airtelindia 24+ hours without broadband and still no resolution. Can't raise a complaint, can't reach support, and the app keeps repeating the same expired "5–6 hour" ETA. This is directly impacting my WFH job and causing losses. Unacceptable service. Resolve this immediately.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i have raised a complaint for incorrect billing. The complaint number is 4511374091. International pack was incorrectly activated and now you want me to pay for it. This is clear loot. You guys are now becoming chor.

    @airtelindia Absolutely disappointed with Airtel. The internet service has been terrible—constant outages, slow speeds, and no reliable resolution despite multiple complaints. Paying premium prices for substandard service is unacceptable. Please fix your poor services.

    @airtelindia What is this behaviour? I purchased 979 plan with unlimited 5G data but you are giving only 2gb data per day, after completion of it even I can't open a website. After calling Customer Care, some AI robot is talking and doesn't give proper reply & all? Loof into it
