    I want my money back ASAP now I don’t want your connection. Shame on you @airtelindia @VittalGopal this is not the service we are expecting from country second biggest telco company. If you are given such service the day is not far you will be last in the race.

    I just ported from Vi to airtel and there is No data coverage at all . Internet is not working at all, poor services as option of customer service number 121 to talk to an executive is also removed. Unhappy with the services. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Unhappy for the service and fluctuating network in Delhi NCR. Ur 5G connectivity is terrible. I would rather not get excited about 5G as it is barely there. The 4G network also goes off due to this disruption. U r killing the 4G users too.

    Finally, it's time to switch from @JioCare @reliancejio to @airtelindia . The network experience with Jio has been terrible. Even after multiple complaints, nothing was resolved—they simply ignored the issue. I'm done wasting my money on poor service. Time to move on.

    @airtelindia I get that the support person knows that language but saying it's her preferred language it's nuts. Shouldnt the customer have a preferred language??? And shouldn't support atleast transfer the call to sm1 who can speak the languages I know?

    @airtelindia idk what's wrong with your services out of 30 days of a month I rarely get 80+ mbps speed on my airtel xtream connection, it is around 0.2-0.6 mbps most of the time. I cannot raise a complaint via the app as it only works with dumb questions. Fix my internet speed RN

    @airtelindia I’m frustrated with having to optimise and diagnose my WiFi every other day, yet I still don’t get the plan speed I’m paying for. Please send an executive to check and fix the issue, or I’ll be happy to end my @airtelindia connection.
