    Worst service by @airtelindia.We Got a @Airtelblack plan and the wifi connection was done the very next day and since then we have been trying to call the sales representative who ghosted us completely.Calling the customer care they are saying the technician will come. No DTH

    @airtelindia The 5G Network is grossly underperforming. The network keeps switching between 5G & 4G and it's so frequent that any apps like UPI, Banks and for that matter Airtel Thanks freezes. Voice call drops or disruption too is ALWAYS ON. No support from C Care post complaint

    @airtelindia store charge rs 300 for new sim and zero for home delivery. Don’t know about this logic. Store manager said that its our service charge or 265+35 service charge.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    @airtelindia Unhappy for the service and fluctuating network in Delhi NCR. Ur 5G connectivity is terrible. I would rather not get excited about 5G as it is barely there. The 4G network also goes off due to this disruption. U r killing the 4G users too.

    My @airtelindia wifi has not been working since Friday morning, complaint (11028189505) raised immediately but no resolution/visit till now @Airtel_Presence . Called Airtel Dedicated service team, they escalated matter but still no resolution. Very bad experience.

    @airtelindia I have family plan and paying Rs 1900 to Airtel but one of my number- 94268 38567 is not getting data speed since last three days but Airtel is not helping. This is total fraud on customer who is paying 1900 for this post paid plan. What a harrassment by airtel !

    @airtelindia "The network performance is among the worst I have experienced, and the resolution process is unacceptably slow. Being told to wait 15 days for a basic connectivity issue is unreasonable.
