    @airtelindia I hv been reaching out to customer care to unbundle a family plan & add numbers to Airtel black. I was asked to clear outstanding to do so & I did it at least twice in last 1 month but they are dumb enough to not do it. Can you do something or should I port out?

    @airtelindia But - additional coverage pod is active in my account. I clarified this - customer care said he will check and call back. But - no call yet. So basically, SR closed without me sharing the happy code. Mesh not installed after 10 days. And a very unhappy customer.
