    So it’s day 5 of without internet connection . Even writing to the @Airtel_Presence nodal authority didn’t help . They offered me 200 gb data though . But what do I do with it if I am not connected . ! @airtelindia is finished . It’s just sad . #fail

    @airtelindia Nearly 5 months ago, I recharged my dth a/c 3015409287-001 with rs. 5500 (app).Just now, my connection has been deactivated 4 low balance.This is impossible & airtel has stooped to defrauding me. Activate my a/c now and explain action b4 I port to some other service

    @ViCustomerCare ridiculous caller tunes!!! Getting in touch with your customer service is next to impossible as there is no way to talk with an actual human being and raise a complaint. Since this ridiculous experience, the only way out I see is to switch to @airtelindia or jio!
