    @airtelindia is one of the worst service provider. Always making false commitment at initial stage & then ready with never ending excuses. Their staff don’t want to work for single second. I’m associated with Airtel from 2007 but now I have decided to move on. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Please note that your 4G network in Gurugram District Court area is terrible. Works at a crawling speed much less than even 2G. Makes a lot of people think about changing service providers because of sheer frustration. Take urgent notice.

    If there is voting for Telecom company with worst customer service it will be @airtelindia without any doubt. They give fake engineer details, will send msgs of rescheduling on customer name even though custome is not requesting. Total fraud practice

    @airtelindia Guys why did u bid for 5G when u can't handle 4G and ur broadband ??? Pathetic service all across from the country's largest Telecom Company. Out of 7 days in a week 4 days broadband doesn't work. Wake and Shake urself up or **** down this Sham. Phew !!!

    @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence , @Airtel_Services :Multiple complaints raised, 2 routers replaced, but your broadband still drops every hour! On top of that, TV won't connect without 3-4 tries.This is exhausting.I need a permanent fix now. Please get a senior to fix this ASAP!

    Day 22 and still no resolution from @airtelindia. Complaint raised on 26th May. Since then, I've received only false promises and new timelines from customer care executives, but no actual solution. The constant follow-ups and uncertainty are causing unnecessary mental stress.

    @airtelindia @BirchanW Leaving airtel ,he has yet providing 5g in 6g time ..after 2gb immediately sms coming reacharge for 39 ..but never says you in connected to 5g tower .I shahjahanpur up facing big trouble for call many times since 4 ,month ...now I am leaving with warm regards ..

    @airtelindia @TheSunilMittal Dear Airtel, Requesting basic services like updating email/address, correcting name on bills, or initiating disconnection of SIM/Wi-Fi has become nearly impossible. Customer care calls result in 12-19 minutes of hold time with no resolution. The mobile app is so confusing that one needs exceptional patience ( or 780 IQ levels ) just to file a complaint. Worse, any disconnection request leads to repeated follow-up calls that feel more like harassment than service. This level of customer experience is unacceptable for a leading telecom provider. Kindly look into streamlining these processes and improving support. #Airtel #CustomerService #SunilMittal
