    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my number is 8876706722, and I am in Gurgaon, 122002. No calls, no msg no 4g is working. And keep getting an error "Not registered on network" since morning today. Please help, as I am far away from family and it's urgent.

    Dear Customer, Your service request. no. 116988370 for technical issue on Airtel Xstream Fiber/Fixedline ID 014931749174_dsl has been closed. Ye Shuru hote hi khtm hogya disconnecting after every 30 mnts 3rd complaint after installing within week @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I am your customer from last 14 years. I understand the lockdown situation and assigning an engineer to solve the issue related to internet, however, this engineer threatened me that why i didn’t call him instead of reopening the complaint on IVR. What a service.

    @Airtel_Presence Got a call from CS on 08/10 conveying #Airtel is upgrading my BB plan to 200 MBPS as "I am a valued customer", it was supposed to be auto upgraded, but it didn't. I was expecting this, as #Airtel is not so generous. Is #Airtel is spamming people? @airtelindia
