That's why they are called #airteTheBiggestCheats .That money is spent on trying to solve the issues of their customers. Even @TRAI & @dpradhanbjp haven't been able to question their reputation.

    @airtelindia Your support staff is pathetic. My broadband complaint was to attended by 4:30 pm today and had to be resolved by 7:30 pm but i have been left high and dry. Total callous attitude from your technical team
