That means 48 hours without internet. The engineer alloted for the repair says he does not work for Airtel anymore. Airtel is now going down.

If a complaint was made through any medium, then action would definitely be taken on it, but Airtel is such a group of shameless and impudent people that no matter what you do, your complaint will not be heard here for the last two to three days.The net is not working at all and as soon as you generate UPC for porting to another company before the recharge gets over, all these people immediately start calling and harassing you saying, "Sir, whatever your problem is, we'll fix it as soon as possible, and you don't even know that his mother dies after he recharges.
