    @airtelindia very poor customer service. I raised service request for shifting the broadband on 2nd Sep and today even after 4 days there is no contact from your team. Entire customer care is on IVR and there's no way to contact or get an update on the call raised.

    Airtel Broadband service has gone from poor to pathetic! As a platinum customer we are supposed to get vip service but an issue raised on 24th shows engineer visit of 29th. 5 days vip service. Amazing way of making fools of ppl. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews
