    @airtelindia @airtelnews @aajtak Very wrost services of AIRTEL , I complaint 3-4 times but there is no response and Airtel executive says 'do not use our services we are not able to resolve, we have no service support.

    I just ported from Vi to airtel and there is No data coverage at all . Internet is not working at all, poor services as option of customer service number 121 to talk to an executive is also removed. Unhappy with the services. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @TRAI Dear customer, Service Request Number 10099295712 created for your Airtel Xstream Fiber ID 012412539584_dsl. It will be resolved by 24/12/2022 08:30:00 AM. 25 hrs and counting wifi is not working and customer support is giving timelines for 45 days

    @Giza8774 @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia Argh! In 2004-5, I was Vodafone’s 2nd highest NCR customer in terms of billing, after a popular news anchor then with NDTV. And according to them, I’m still a “VIP customer”. Sad how the brand just died. Even when I handled the Airtel account in 2012-14, I retained their no.

    I am literally fed up with you idiotic and unprofessional customer support. I am complaining from 3rd December that my @airtelindia postpaid internet is not working. This is really frustrating as a postpaid user as you advertise for priority support. @Airtel_Presence

    @_defc0n_ @geekyranjit @airtelindia VoNR is for SA 5G network and VoLTE for NSA 5G network. As of now, only Jio is capable of providing VoNR in India.

    @airtelindia Unhappy for the service and fluctuating network in Delhi NCR. Ur 5G connectivity is terrible. I would rather not get excited about 5G as it is barely there. The 4G network also goes off due to this disruption. U r killing the 4G users too.

    @Airtel_Presence you guys will be surprised to know, engineers said that so called box is out to league, so airtel can’t extend it? To increase delivery services? I have been Airtel Customer for more than 12+ Years. Kindly Look into this. @airtelindia @TRAI

    @airtelindia store charge rs 300 for new sim and zero for home delivery. Don’t know about this logic. Store manager said that its our service charge or 265+35 service charge.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    @airtelindia is one of the worst service provider. Always making false commitment at initial stage & then ready with never ending excuses. Their staff don’t want to work for single second. I’m associated with Airtel from 2007 but now I have decided to move on. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel @dth_airtel Its pathetic service. DTH not working from last 12 days. Team told to convert in IPTV, but team is trying to pass the buck saying visit Airtel center. Airtel taking requests which is of no use. None of team member calling has the clarity.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Reactivated my broadband on your rep's phone confirmation of Rs.1300/month, but got billed Rs.570 + Rs.1645 instead. Raised complaints via email 3 days ago — emails not going through/delayed, not my fault. Already disconnected & kept hardware ready for pickup. Need this fixed — refund + account closure confirmed in writing. Don't mislead customers and make false promises to sell your services. A/C 10101033112402 (AirtelOne) Timeline: - Apr 28, 2026: Raised disconnection request, paid in full. - Rep assured no billing while inactive, reactivate anytime. - Jun 3, 2026: Called to reactivate. First quoted Rs.1645 (vs my original Rs.1300 plan), I declined and asked for permanent disconnection. - Rep called back and confirmed reactivation at Rs.1300. I agreed based on this. - Instead I was billed ~Rs.570 within 10 days, then another Rs.1645. - Emails sent 3 days ago about this are not going through/delayed. - Service already disconnected on my end 3 days ago. Hardware ready for pickup.
