    @airtelindia Yesterday, My SIM has stopped working. Today morning, change the SIM with cost to Rs. 50. But till now SIM is not activated for my M#9910106488. I am giving rental to every month then why I have to pay the cost to new SIM. Airtel become poor service provider.

    @airtelindia store charge rs 300 for new sim and zero for home delivery. Don’t know about this logic. Store manager said that its our service charge or 265+35 service charge.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Please note that your 4G network in Gurugram District Court area is terrible. Works at a crawling speed much less than even 2G. Makes a lot of people think about changing service providers because of sheer frustration. Take urgent notice.

    @Airtel_Presence airtel email id is not working/ blocked by @airtelindia.Despite repeat follow ups, surprised to see that @airtelnews doesn't cares to read the content and sending replies with stereotypes format. Pl arrange to resolve email id related issue.

    Worst service by @airtelindia.We Got a @Airtelblack plan and the wifi connection was done the very next day and since then we have been trying to call the sales representative who ghosted us completely.Calling the customer care they are saying the technician will come. No DTH

    @airtelindia is one of the worst service provider. Always making false commitment at initial stage & then ready with never ending excuses. Their staff don’t want to work for single second. I’m associated with Airtel from 2007 but now I have decided to move on. @Airtel_Presence

    and @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what was suprising is that your floor supervisor venu when he tried to contact the engineer even he was not able to connect with him. This just shows you assigned a faulty technician and you don't care about customer benefit.
