    1/2 @airtelindia ..It's been more than 36 hours since my broadband services have been disrupted. Tried immensely to lodge a complaint on Airtel App ,198 and 121. Just one word simply foolish system. @airtelindia has created such dumb platform where you keep talking to machines

    Worst service by @airtelindia.We Got a @Airtelblack plan and the wifi connection was done the very next day and since then we have been trying to call the sales representative who ghosted us completely.Calling the customer care they are saying the technician will come. No DTH

    @reliancejio I am in gurgaon ,i have a valid 395 recharge plan but no invitation by jio ,no receive 5g network,ios 16.2 updated in my 13 pro max Even my neighbor received 5g network or invitation @JioTrue5G if not possible then everyone should Switch to @airtelindia

    Whosoever concerned @TRAI to this matter may pls see to it, when we raise a concern reg service by @airtelindia they simply don't listen and disconnect the service. Xsafe is one such glaring example of pathetic services by them. They know how to bill but not how to serve !

    @airtelindia Issue is still not resolved. When ever society is on DG, there's no network NO calls can be made, No Internet, No WiFi No TV... Absolute blackout by @airtelindia @airtelnews as you cannot afford to power your setup by alternate source when there is NO grid electricity

    @airtelindia i port my number from @JioCare coz i was facing network issues. But your network is worst. The network drops. The 5G doesn't work. U switch 5G to 4G the moment there is internet sharing. The 4G is horrible. Waiting for this month to be over so I can switch back.

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Gentle reminder. I have not received any update on my previous reply. I visited the Airtel Store on last Friday, but the store confirmed that my number is still mapped to Andhra Pradesh and remains deactivated, whereas your team informed me that it is active and unbarred and it's NCR region but My SIM still shows "No Service." The Airtel Store team is still insisting that I travel to the Airtel Store in Visakhapatnam to obtain a replacement SIM in my name. As I mentioned earlier, I have recently relocated to Gurugram for my job. Due to my work commitments, I am unable to take several days of leave. Travelling to Visakhapatnam would cost me approximately ₹25,000–₹30,000 and consume significant time. I kindly request you to consider an alternative solution or facilitate the SIM replacement in Gurugram This issue is severely affecting my daily life. All my UPI and banking services are linked to this number, so I am unable to complete OTP verification or use them. I am also unable to use services like Rapido,Uber, Food services and other services too because they require OTP verification. Since my number is deactivated, I am not receiving calls or SMS, and people trying to contact me are unable to reach me. Still Kindly verify the backend status, resolve this issue at the earliest, and let me know the expected timeline. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
