    @BSNL_OR I don't know why .That person of BSNL Knows better. Is there any Fix Charges for Fiber Connection ? As per my knowledge TNT device is ₹2500 . Then why BSNL is demanding approx ₹5000 in for a connection. Jio is Coming Soon @ ₹2000 approx. Waiting for Jio fiber 🙏

    @BSNLCorporate May I know ETA? its been more than 3 months and speed is not at all improved whereas it got worse and BSNL is not at all interested to fix this.

    @BSNLCorporate I have recently updated my BSNL ftth plan of 50Mb/ 500GB to 200MB/3.3TB. But I am getting speed of under 100MB , when I asked my office they saying "you can't get speed of 200MB cause there is no such plan." Please help bsnl My service Id is 02462-295499

    @BSNL_KTK Still waiting for the response. your irresponsible behaviour has lead me to nothing but repent on my selection of BSNL over other network carriers. Because of you people, we are still not able to believe on Government entities and @_DigitalIndia intiative @PGPortal

    We have no way than to live with substandard BSNL services Private players have very good ticket registration system to report issues but the site which BSNL has is pathetic @BSNLCorporate one good example why private players should be encouraged
