  @BSNL_OR Sir, I have paid bills for almost 2 years now without being used its services and when we asked for the refund the officer said bsnl doesn't keep records beyond six months!Seriously is it how you treat your customer in 2021!

  @AshwiniVaishnaw Dear Sir it is very sadden to inform BSNL chennai not responding properly we a business people taken a land line number a decade ago and using the same but after corona we are paying every month rent but our 3 phone not working when we complain they say first
