    @TanaysinghT In 4G+ VI4G+>JIO4G+>AIRTEL4G+>BSNL4G in Tuticorin(Thoothukudi) Tamil Nadu.. BSNL Just 4g bcz Carrier Aggregation is not available in BSNL. I don't Why VI is lossing Customer.. 5G is Just a Gimmick... 150Mbps In 5G why? just for scrolling Insta, X,in utube at max 1080P is enough.

    @bsnl_care Hello BSNL, I wanted to be your customer so I bought a new sim. Reference Number : REF-IAKRUGSB The sim is still not activated after 10+ days. Please look into it ASAP.

    @TanaysinghT VI can only survive if BSNL is shut or else they will spiral down to zero… VI is a national resource waster now… India’s current market pricing can only sustain two private operators and one govt operator… IF industry ARPU grows 1.5x that of now VI may sustain

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_Kolkata My complaint on 30/06/2025 (F302348531719) regarding Missed Call Alert was closed without any resolution. Today (03/07/2025), I had to file a new one (G032349000567) for the same issue. Why close complaints without fixing anything? #BSNL

It is about a company that forgot to die, because the country could not afford the funeral. Now, in 2025, the name itself may soon dissolve. BSNL might absorb its operations, customers, and networks. What remains is a debt ledger, a land bank, and a few thousand staff waiting for direction.

    @bsnl_care 7 months is not a small duration. Please tell me the exact year when bsnl will provide better service .
