I wrote many times regarding this issue to bsnl on regular basis. But no action taken on this till now. Please provided a fix solution for this issue

I bought last year a BSNL 5G sim of Kolkata ,west bengal circle but surprisingly there is no 3G or 4G network till today.

Please block the SIM card. trying to call customer care 1800 180 1503 for last 3 hrs but after asking for my language preference the number is disconnecting.

Teja (@MrKanyaRashi_) reported@JioCare Yeah, checked through this link only. Airtel already started 5G network in my area almost a year ago, though it’s not at all usable and just for name sake. BSNL 3G better than Airtel and Jio in our area.
