I wrote many times regarding this. Please do something on this matter on urgent basis while in my town there is bsnl office.

Not everyone will have all the network towers within the reach of their home. Whichever network you get better, prefer that network instead of complaining. I get BSNL, VI & Jio network in my home. At the same time, we can't ignore employees' concerns about heavy workloads and salaries that are far lower than what the private sector offers. Paying some of the country's brightest minds on standard government pay scales no longer makes sense in today's competitive environment. If immediate steps aren't taken to address these issues, it's not difficult to imagine ISRO facing the kind of talent drain and decline that BSNL experienced.
