Tried to explain CC on 1503, but they said that there are no such issue on my number.Whatever they asked me to do, I did all,but still not able to call on that number!Even not able to call on that no. from my other bsnl number too!Kindly check this issue. @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate

Why I am not able to make call from my bsnl number to 9015937341(ported to Jio from Vodafone).This is my brother's number and I checked that it wasn't blocked n still I m not able to call. Kindly check if there is any issue. No such calling issue to others Jio! @BSNLCorporate

Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

@BandBajaateRaho Thanks for recommending me to complain on NCH. My problem was solved within 5-10 days. My problem was (BSNL sim network not providing me good internet speed,as mentioned in their plan) now I am getting 15Mbps speed from BSNL pre-paid. Thanks 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Keep helping.

@BSNLCorporate Is BSNL not responsible for the transactions made through the other payment gateways? If so, you can revert the transaction and refund it, I would move to a different service as I don't want to continue with poor service and such an irresponsible service provider. @BSNLCorporate

I've contacted BSNL customer care several times . Every time they are saying it will be resolved in next 24 hrs but it is never resolved. They asked me to do recharge greater than ₹143 and then try. I also tried it but still they did not send UPC code.

@BSNLCorporate I have taken connection on27/11/22 after depositing 4242 rs now iam getting the bill 499rs to pay..although bsnl authoritie told me to pay only 4242 ..now they are saying to pay extra 499rs..pathetic service not expected kindly rectify it.
