Same spot all other providers do have signal except bsnl, why?? On travel all providers have good ntwrk and bsnl have worst ntwrk. Location - Gangtok @BSNLCorporate

Kindly check if there is any issue. No such calling issue to others Jio! @BSNLCorporate

The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

If you have the basic pack at least our senior and we used as second sim to support BSNL. @BSNL_CHTD you put sand on your own head in the name of reducing validity and removing basic packs. Get back 1198 plan
