Worst network and worst indoor coverage and worst experience in BSNL Prepaid services. Indoor ntwrk is too poor. Same spot all other providers do have signal except bsnl, why?? On travel all providers have good ntwrk and bsnl have worst ntwrk. Location - Gangtok @BSNLCorporate

Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

Why I am not able to make call from my bsnl number to 9015937341(ported to Jio from Vodafone).This is my brother's number and I checked that it wasn't blocked n still I m not able to call. Kindly check if there is any issue. No such calling issue to others Jio! @BSNLCorporate

Tried to explain CC on 1503, but they said that there are no such issue on my number.Whatever they asked me to do, I did all,but still not able to call on that number!Even not able to call on that no. from my other bsnl number too!Kindly check this issue. @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate

@motorolaindia 1st try to built a phone that gives regular patch when operator changes their network technologies. Your company doesn't have ground work to support simple bsnl 4g volte on the other hand low budget redmi bought before 4 yrs supported.shame on purchase of Motorola phones.

@BSNLCorporate Surprising that INDIA's top most service providers making an effort to solve a small customers technical issue ( which BSNL is bound to serve as per customer agreement in service industry ) but unable to solve even after taking more than sufficient time !!!!

@BKSyngal @suchetadalal @narjun Govt also practically killed BSNL. By not allowing them 4G. By forcing BSNL to rely on MTNL network in Delhi/NCR and Mumbai circles (and MTNL didn't give a damn about servicing BSNL customers, who got completely screwed in the process). BSNL has LOTS of very valuable Land Banks.

@MobiKwik My friend did a recharge on my bsnl number of Rs 153. But, did not received the amount. The bsnl customer care said we have not received the recharge. Even after three to four emails to the mobikwik support and nodal officer, No response. Scam company
