    @reliancejio great network jio . Since 2 days i am unable to call from my jio no to bsnl no really great .. i generated port out request i received a call in next 2 mins . But till now i am unable to connect to bsnl no . ******* *** service jio

    No network in BSNL since yesterday . Sometimes network available but no call can be made either incoming or outgoing. The whole area facing the same problem at Rongo, West Bengal (pin 735206). Inform customer care, still no response. @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @BSNL_KOTD

    @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence Your broadband service is worst service a customer can expect. Even BSNL linemen of 90s were more responsive to customers needs than Airtel technical team Finally ordeal ends with discontinuation today. Hoping for a better service from @JioCare

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL what's wrong like in every month for approx 7 days my internet goes down or I'm not able to use internet properly I complain every month to customer care services and they say it will not happen again and they never resolve my issues I need help.. Do something

    @ravishil @AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi BSNL,pathetic service.Landline not working for more than 20 days in kolkata.Complaint no.16316678662 and 3 more but no solution.After 2 days of complaint,message came problem resolved without correction.Service person not picking phone.PLEASE ALSO START LL NUMBER PORTABILITY .

    @BSNLCorporate worst service.. purchased 599 ftth plan..and 1st month bill received 1300 rs..we also belong from BSNL .. my mother is retired employee and we arw eligible for 40% concession..

    BSNL disconnected my landline service on 30-09-21 but raised bill for the month of October-21 on 08-11- 21. No one taking up my complaint. I have to run for pillar to post for disconnection and refund of my deposit. with this incompetency customer service how BSNL will survive,

    @ViCustomerCare @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India issue still exist, #vodafoneidea is still not registering my sim in spite of roaming pact between #bsnl and #vodafoneidea simply because it's for 3g although my sim is 4g capable.

    @ThodarumS Please share your BSNL Number to probe further in Direct Message. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. To stop GPRS service, please send STOP as SMS to 1925 immediately. (GPRS can be activated by sending START as SMS to 1925)
