@BSNLCorporate so, my question is why are you having such customer support if they are not able to resolve the problems of customers.finally i understand that my belief were wrong and understood that Bsnl have nit changed and will not change until the services is shutdown.

@BSNL_KL @BSNLCorporate After 4 years I have taken a BSNL sim on 21st October because I believe that BSNL is now having good customer support. I have taken a Sim from a place called Kothamangalam in Ernakulam district, which is 130km away from my home.
