@BSNL_CHTD Useless, They disconnected my outgoing calls without any intimation. I was trying to reach customer care from another network, it didn't reach. Atlast tried with another bsnl number (after searching). They simply said that you need to update KYC. Pathetic, what kind of service 😔

Dear BSNL India, Your network stops working almost every alternate day. No signal, no Wi-Fi connectivity. I really don’t understand why I’m paying for such poor service. This is the worst network experience I’ve had. Please fix your service urgently. @BSNLCorporate @JM_Scindia

@BSNLCorporate I have replaced my BSNL SIM (Mob No. 9451271255) on 09/03/2026 after depositing the required fee at the BSNL Exchange in Aliganj, Lucknow. I have been visiting the office daily since collecting the SIM, but even today (13/03/2026) there is still no network on SIM.
