    To make call from my jio no to bsnl no . So it's done now hopeless service thanks . Tom i am changing my service provider .

    @reliancejio great network jio . Since 2 days i am unable to call from my jio no to bsnl no really great .. i generated port out request i received a call in next 2 mins . But till now i am unable to connect to bsnl no . ******* *** service jio

    @BSNLCorporate I got two BSNL 3G Sims replaced by 4G sims last year from BSNL Kolkata office. Till date they never got activated.

    @Uddeshya_singh4 Dear Customer, Satelliete phones are not banned in india. However, the use of unauthorized satellite phones without the required permission is prohibited under Indian regulations. BSNL provides authorized Global Satellite Phone Services (GSPS) to eligible customer as per Department of telecommunications (DoT) guidelines and applicable verification procedures.     We shifted to a new apartment in March& FTTH was shifted. As per your technical staff now when we place a complaint through the bsnl app the complaint continues to go to those managing the connections in the old apartment. Phone and internet are not working. Help @bsnl_care
