    @reliancejio great network jio . Since 2 days i am unable to call from my jio no to bsnl no really great .. i generated port out request i received a call in next 2 mins . But till now i am unable to connect to bsnl no . ******* *** service jio

    No network in BSNL since yesterday . Sometimes network available but no call can be made either incoming or outgoing. The whole area facing the same problem at Rongo, West Bengal (pin 735206). Inform customer care, still no response. @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @BSNL_KOTD

    To make call from my jio no to bsnl no . So it's done now hopeless service thanks . Tom i am changing my service provider .

    automated customer service is hell & if anyone has internet service providers where you can speak to actual humans, pls lmk, looking to switch from this auto/robo/app nightmare. RIP BSNL where I could always reach a human being, death of the public sector was the death of service

    Had a connectivity issue with my office VPN through the #bsnl network, contacted the @BSNL_KL customer care team, and I got a quick response and seamless service from their customer care team, Thank you very much @BSNL_KL customer care team #keepitup

    @BSNLCorporate don't you provide service in rural area..even i don't get 2g service where other service providers are giving their services. That is why we are seeing BSNL situation.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR I have a broadband connection. Facing lots of issues with it, regular network fluctuations, unable to work. BSNL Telephone Account No.8008360943. So, I want to surrender the connection. I will switch to other network.

    @CgmTelangana @BSNLCorporate I've unfortunately choose BSNL believing they will provide a better service than Private ISP and payed 3200/- for 08742-293997 they promised it would complete the next days and also asked 1500/- for extra cabling post which there is no response. 1/2

    @CgmTelangana @BSNLCorporate I feel this is the reason people lost hope in BSNL and reaching out to Private ISP for better service and pricing , I would rather choose other ISP with better service than such pathetic service , hope the service improves to withstand the market .2/2

    @RTI_INDIA_2005 Sir The Bharat fibre connection no 06612912894 is in the name of Sri Nanda Kishore Singh, Mob-xxxxxx6629. Provision of Bharat fibre is outsourced by BSNL.The ONU provided during installation by MSO was not working properly .
