    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate I need a Wifi Connection in Saharsa (Ward number 36) Bihar. I went your office. They said: We can't give you BSNL Fiber connection. You are the only one in your area who want connection. If more than 10 request will come to us than we will see. Please help me to get connection.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UKD i want to convert my bsnl postpaid gsm no. 9412074561 to prepaid. I've visited my nearest BSNL office multiple times in the past month but the employees don't co-operate and each time say that their system is not working. Please help me.
