    No network in BSNL since yesterday . Sometimes network available but no call can be made either incoming or outgoing. The whole area facing the same problem at Rongo, West Bengal (pin 735206). Inform customer care, still no response. @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @BSNL_KOTD

    To make call from my jio no to bsnl no . So it's done now hopeless service thanks . Tom i am changing my service provider .

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ Since last 2 days our BSNL Internet service is down. Have raised the complaint. Our complaint no is 1060296300. Services have not been restored yet. Have been trying to contact our area BSNL Technical Support but the concern person is not answering.

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate Sorry sir, bsnl staff attended and called us and asked whether telephone line is working properly or not but that was not my complaint at all. I have complained regarding to the internet speed as i know when we got the first fiber connection we used to get the same speed

    @BSNL_KOTD 9474454594 sir ,I have recharged on this number Rs 153 date 02/02/2023 but didn't get internet only got unlimited call. I can't contact to bsnl customer care number 9433200589 & 9433200588. If you have other number please provide me.

    This has become a routine with your services. Almost twice in a month we are facing this outage. Added to this when we try to contact our area BSNL technical support, the calls are not answered. Request for immediate resolution of the said complaint.

    @PiyushGoyal @nsitharaman @IndianExpress Kolkata BSNL OUT OF NETWORK. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. NO APOLOGIES. PRODLY SAID BATTERY DAMAGED SO NO NETWORK. IT HAPPENED FIRST TIME IN TELCOM HISTORY. BSNL OUT OF NETWORK 12HRS.
