Tried to explain CC on 1503, but they said that there are no such issue on my number.Whatever they asked me to do, I did all,but still not able to call on that number!Even not able to call on that no. from my other bsnl number too!Kindly check this issue. @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate

Worst network and worst indoor coverage and worst experience in BSNL Prepaid services. Indoor ntwrk is too poor. Same spot all other providers do have signal except bsnl, why?? On travel all providers have good ntwrk and bsnl have worst ntwrk. Location - Gangtok @BSNLCorporate

Why I am not able to make call from my bsnl number to 9015937341(ported to Jio from Vodafone).This is my brother's number and I checked that it wasn't blocked n still I m not able to call. Kindly check if there is any issue. No such calling issue to others Jio! @BSNLCorporate

Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

There is no signal on my BSNL number at pin code 737101. It has been 4-5 days that I am missing all my important calls. Kindly expedite the resolution of any impending issues to curb the discomfort caused. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD

Worst experience from @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL as I've taken a broadband connection and it's been less than a month and I'm not getting anything properly and even their customer care is not picking phones and making fun of us... Really bad experience from BSNL ftth...

@BSNLCorporate @harsh_jeet3 Similar issue I am also facing... The strange thing is, BSNL has outsourced this to a Third Party vendor... Their job is to only get the maximum applicants to reach their target.. After that they will not provide you any support. Their Job is done !

@BSNLCorporate my complaint no is JKH/CO/2021/1567. This complain is still pending. I am surprised to see the speed of grievance redressal. This is the main reason of poor service of BSNL. Grievance redressal mechanism is totally failed. How and why we use BSNL.?
