Kindly check if there is any issue. No such calling issue to others Jio! @BSNLCorporate

Same spot all other providers do have signal except bsnl, why?? On travel all providers have good ntwrk and bsnl have worst ntwrk. Location - Gangtok @BSNLCorporate

The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

Also hand written referals must be permitted.
