The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

Hotspot is a hardware transmitter that comes along with the mobile. Airtel Jio BSNL need not have to provide the same speed when you rebroadcast/ use it for another device. (Thread🔻)
