Why I am not able to make call from my bsnl number to 9015937341(ported to Jio from Vodafone).This is my brother's number and I checked that it wasn't blocked n still I m not able to call. Kindly check if there is any issue. No such calling issue to others Jio! @BSNLCorporate

There is no signal on my BSNL number at pin code 737101. It has been 4-5 days that I am missing all my important calls. Kindly expedite the resolution of any impending issues to curb the discomfort caused. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD

Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

Tried to explain CC on 1503, but they said that there are no such issue on my number.Whatever they asked me to do, I did all,but still not able to call on that number!Even not able to call on that no. from my other bsnl number too!Kindly check this issue. @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate

Worst network and worst indoor coverage and worst experience in BSNL Prepaid services. Indoor ntwrk is too poor. Same spot all other providers do have signal except bsnl, why?? On travel all providers have good ntwrk and bsnl have worst ntwrk. Location - Gangtok @BSNLCorporate

@BSNLCorporate if BSNL customer care executive not feel good to listen they cut the phone. Because "sarkari hai bhai" kya kar loge". I try to 10 time explain my problem but executive cut the phone. Check your records it's true. @PMOIndia @DoT_India

@BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate Why can't BSNL even keep a decent data speed and connection? Even in 2023 when BSNL can't even give 4G then at least give a decent and good network and better Internet speed in 3G. Please do that. I am getting really bad problems for the past 2 weeks.

@ViCustomerCare VI के साथ पिछले 4 दिन का अनुभव 1. Maximum Data Network speeds - 70 to 100 kbps at district head quarter area. 2. Voice call quality like hill area or you not found clear voice on call. 3. Network coverage also poor like as BSNL. But all other than above is just ok
