Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

Tried to explain CC on 1503, but they said that there are no such issue on my number.Whatever they asked me to do, I did all,but still not able to call on that number!Even not able to call on that no. from my other bsnl number too!Kindly check this issue. @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate

Worst network and worst indoor coverage and worst experience in BSNL Prepaid services. Indoor ntwrk is too poor. Same spot all other providers do have signal except bsnl, why?? On travel all providers have good ntwrk and bsnl have worst ntwrk. Location - Gangtok @BSNLCorporate

Why I am not able to make call from my bsnl number to 9015937341(ported to Jio from Vodafone).This is my brother's number and I checked that it wasn't blocked n still I m not able to call. Kindly check if there is any issue. No such calling issue to others Jio! @BSNLCorporate

There is no signal on my BSNL number at pin code 737101. It has been 4-5 days that I am missing all my important calls. Kindly expedite the resolution of any impending issues to curb the discomfort caused. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD

@AshwiniVaishnaw sometimes I doubt whether I live in a digital world or in the world of 5G because in my area BSNL goes off very often and sometimes for 15 days also. It is the only service provider here... It's okay it still provides only 2G or 3G & forget about 4G .

@sandeep_PT @Lolita_TNIE Sir, first let *our* revered BSNL return the security deposit of their own customers when landlines is surrendered. They claim 6 months to return the customer’s deposit. Forget about any interest being added. In my case, it’s been 10 months now. Still waiting!! Helplessly.

@BSNLCorporate That’s fine. Even the post office at Hunsamaranhalli doesn’t have a internet connection severely affecting it’s operation. And we the regular customer of BSNL also suffering. Please do something about it

@LabourMinistry Reg - labour courts. Why state labour courts & labour courts ( central) r created separately. It is big problem in getting adjudication for central org employees like BSNL. 1 BSNL employee is terminated on 30.5.2007, just 1day before retirement dt. No benefit yet

@yabhishekhd For all those asking why not directly launch 5G, they are using the hardware that is capable for both 4G and 5G, once it installed on every site, they will enable 5G by software update, according to BSNL officials and TCS which is providing software and hardware support!
