Tried to explain CC on 1503, but they said that there are no such issue on my number.Whatever they asked me to do, I did all,but still not able to call on that number!Even not able to call on that no. from my other bsnl number too!Kindly check this issue. @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate

Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

Why I am not able to make call from my bsnl number to 9015937341(ported to Jio from Vodafone).This is my brother's number and I checked that it wasn't blocked n still I m not able to call. Kindly check if there is any issue. No such calling issue to others Jio! @BSNLCorporate

Worst network and worst indoor coverage and worst experience in BSNL Prepaid services. Indoor ntwrk is too poor. Same spot all other providers do have signal except bsnl, why?? On travel all providers have good ntwrk and bsnl have worst ntwrk. Location - Gangtok @BSNLCorporate

@BSNLCorporate District Barabanki Sub District Haidergarh In Haidergarh, net works slow for 10 days and call attention is also there, when you tell your point to BSNL customer care, they disconnect the call without listening to the whole thing, they do not solve the problem.

@BSNLCorporate I applied for MNP process to port from BSNL to jio. I knew you don't care about your customers, I had been with BSNL 1 year and I suffered alot in that time. BSNL can't be change their working style and it will shut down very soon. I request you to clear my porting process soon.

When ask to BSNL employee to establish ups or inverter they said we have made request to higher authority. 1 month passed not resolved the problem now what to say about this problem and we have BSNL primary number. Should I change my network to other company. Pathatic service.

@UniwayI I bsnl service provider so purchased many quantities ONT OF UNIWAY, MODEL NO-302VP, INTERNAL WI FI. NOW NO WORK THIS ITEM NO option upgrade or repairing i faced this problem. I contacted uniway ont support and my retailer point but here not getting any suitable solution.

Its now almost one year, no help provided to resolve it. I gave application to close my connection, that is also not processed , if respective bsnl employee is not serious about his job , then why bsnl sending me bills every month. Request you to look into this matter on priority
