Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

Why I am not able to make call from my bsnl number to 9015937341(ported to Jio from Vodafone).This is my brother's number and I checked that it wasn't blocked n still I m not able to call. Kindly check if there is any issue. No such calling issue to others Jio! @BSNLCorporate

Worst network and worst indoor coverage and worst experience in BSNL Prepaid services. Indoor ntwrk is too poor. Same spot all other providers do have signal except bsnl, why?? On travel all providers have good ntwrk and bsnl have worst ntwrk. Location - Gangtok @BSNLCorporate

There is no signal on my BSNL number at pin code 737101. It has been 4-5 days that I am missing all my important calls. Kindly expedite the resolution of any impending issues to curb the discomfort caused. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD

Tried to explain CC on 1503, but they said that there are no such issue on my number.Whatever they asked me to do, I did all,but still not able to call on that number!Even not able to call on that no. from my other bsnl number too!Kindly check this issue. @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate

@BSNLCorporate 01. Around June 5th-6th router was showing RED blinks. I make sure home installation and wires restarting etc. and got that there was no problem. Being a law abiding citizen I paid the bill too. I contacted local BSNL personnel but nothing happened.

@CMDBSNL Sir there is no arrangement of battery or generator in the BSNL tower in our area, due to which we are deprived of internet and better calling system if there is no light, many times the company is aware of its problem through social media....

@Sinha024Sinha 🙏, thanks. Have DM'd them but no response. Customer care number of Mumbai never connects from BSNL. Only twitter is way to reach them. Have got useless Visa with 300+GST which never used since 2 and more years. Thought to close it and get Rupay Platinum instead for Amazon load.
