    Tried to explain CC on 1503, but they said that there are no such issue on my number.Whatever they asked me to do, I did all,but still not able to call on that number!Even not able to call on that no. from my other bsnl number too!Kindly check this issue. @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate

    Why I am not able to make call from my bsnl number to 9015937341(ported to Jio from Vodafone).This is my brother's number and I checked that it wasn't blocked n still I m not able to call. Kindly check if there is any issue. No such calling issue to others Jio! @BSNLCorporate

    Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence how does one talk to a human from 121. Being on Your not so intelligent 121 service is like a dog chasing it's own tail. Your customer service at the moment reminds me of BSNL. I am trying to get email updated Please help!

    @BSNLCorporate I have paid the due bill shown in BSNL Site.The due showing in BSNL App is Rs 0.BSNL has disconnected my connection.I called customer care to resolve matter.They asked me to go to BSNL office.BSNL still thinking its Landline time.

    @DoT_India Modi Govt saying Digital India. But BSNL Bhavan Ernakulam says “ONLY CASH ACCEPTED FOR RECHARGING”.. I was ready to recharge for Rs. 1,999/- but as ONLY CASH is accepted I recharged for Rs. 106/-… Are these people trying to close down BSNL???

    @BSNLCorporate I registered a complaint for dead telephone and no internet on 1st Oct. The problem is as such but I got a message that problem is resolved. I received no call and no one visited my site. What technology BSNL uses to rectify problems without attending them?

    @BSNL_AS why BSNL FTTH connection in Naharkatia, Dist- Dibrugarh,Assam,Pin-786610 is so unpredictable and has no certainity? I barely got 6,7hrs of service per day since last 3,4 weeks. Kindly solve the problem asap.

    Also, I have to disconnect from WiFi and then try calling which keeps terminating the call without a single tone. I switched from BSNL to you guys as I was getting excellent service on my another Jio number bought in 2016. But now I think I should switch back to BSNL as they were

    @BSNL_RJ I registered a complaint for phone no. 0291 2740250 on 1st Oct. The phone is still dead but I received a message from BSNL that problem is resolved. How they do it without attending? Please look into the matter and do not close complaint without working on it.

    @BSNLCorporate Sory to tell you but still my office landline is dead why not BSNL terminate all its employees who dosent care about it that the landline is dead since 3 months even paying every bill on time
