  Then user increases. Can I know the marketing strategy. if you able give services then customer are join you other wise why they join and waste their money. Our JE is one of the worst employee of bsnl they do not response in proper way or they don't have any kind of loyalty

  @JioCare my father lost his mobile so called jio customer care to block lost SIM but jio KYC was so rigid so unable to block SIM,jio service point also does not have facility to block lost SIM.Very bad service from jio.but BSNL has block his SIM immediately.thanks

  @BSNLCorporate @haryanabsnl My landline no. is 0130-2236962. Bill already paid but services still not resumed and on the advice of Mr Ajay rathi , I have also given my application to the sec 14 bsnl office but still issue not resolved. Really very bad service provide by bsnl

  @BSNLCorporate I have upgraded my bsnl fiber connection from 40 mbps plan to 100 mbps plan,but still no change in speed , i can only receiving 40 mbps speed. Do needful and resolve issue as early as possible.

  @BSNLCorporate I have raised the complaint on selfcare bsnl portal two times but my tickets get closed after 1 or 2 days and the issue was never resolved, the service is not delayed, infect there is no service. I am regretting that I put my money on BSNL fiber

  @BSNLCorporate 05248-297764 my no. my internet is down for 8 days, I have contacted the BSNL office but the SDE is saying it's not our concern and no one is taking responsibility, I am requesting them for all these days, and still they are not even looking into my issue.
