    Then user increases. Can I know the marketing strategy. if you able give services then customer are join you other wise why they join and waste their money. Our JE is one of the worst employee of bsnl they do not response in proper way or they don't have any kind of loyalty

    @Cryptic_Miind Mam please check your facts. Adani group has clearly stated that they are not entering telecom only enterprise solutions based on 5G spectrum. BSNL & MTNL should be merged and this investment is necessary to have a Govt owned secure communication network

    Every day there is downtime & no Data for at least 10-12days in a month. Fed up of 2x price & no service. Contractor doesn't work properly or the network by BSNL is worst. I take broadband from Govt. to support Govt not to get harassed. @PMOIndia #badservice #contractor (4/4)

    @Ravisutanjani Have a bsnl SIM since childhood. Yet to see the 4G signal on ios. Bsnl is a perfect example of how a profitable can be destroyed using the corrupt governments and bureaucracy!

    @Cryptic_Miind Government has given its approval to the package of ₹1.64 lakh crores of rupees proposed for the revival of BSNL (B2C Model). Adani group has confirmed its entry into telecom sector for its internal network upgradation. Not for B2C services. Both are at two different poles.

    @arsudhindra @MRVChennai Sir, you don't get 4g data on bsnl. Voice quality is not guaranteed, if your Sim has any issue, then just run to bsnl offices with no solution.
