    @BSNLCorporate Why network are not available in my village. It was there initially but now only JIO no BSNL.

    Then user increases. Can I know the marketing strategy. if you able give services then customer are join you other wise why they join and waste their money. Our JE is one of the worst employee of bsnl they do not response in proper way or they don't have any kind of loyalty

    My BSNL landline and broadband services have been down since 10 days. I have booked a complaint thrice on the helpline, filled the consumer grievance form and sent an email yet, nothing has been done to resolve my issue. Please do something @BSNLCorporate

    Bsnl kindly update the plans superstar premium 1 & super star premium 2 monthly plans in selfcare portal . So old customer can change plan from selfcare because it is not showing plans there . Dehradun,Uttarakhand @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UKD @CMDBSNL
