    @BSNLCorporate Why network are not available in my village. It was there initially but now only JIO no BSNL.

    Then user increases. Can I know the marketing strategy. if you able give services then customer are join you other wise why they join and waste their money. Our JE is one of the worst employee of bsnl they do not response in proper way or they don't have any kind of loyalty

    BSNL is part of family for more than 30 yrs. However, from the past few months i am facing the connectivity issue in my internet. Whnevr i lodged a complaint, the local exchange instead of focussing on resolving it, convince me to move to fibre connection. @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate Hello BSNL I have requested 3 times within this week, no response from your side. My Broadband is out of service from last 18 days. If you can’t resolve my problem, at least you can respond. I have paid 1 yr advance, if you are not competent to provide service1/2

    @BSNL_KTK 23kbps data speed at Vijayanagara Bengaluru, I preferred the BSNL over the jio network, currently recharged with a 599 plan of 5 GB per day. Called many times to the call center and not getting a reasonable response. What to do !!

    @myogiadityanath Hònable cm of up whole up Bsnl have a signal and network problem because it's depends upon pure electricity supply and most of exchange battery are vanish when electricity supply go ntwork also go so release the fund of central gov for change battery in Bsnl exchange In all up.
