    Then user increases. Can I know the marketing strategy. if you able give services then customer are join you other wise why they join and waste their money. Our JE is one of the worst employee of bsnl they do not response in proper way or they don't have any kind of loyalty

    @BSNLCorporate Why network are not available in my village. It was there initially but now only JIO no BSNL.

    @IndiaUnleashed_ @KantKrishna30 @JM_Scindia Simple question, If this cant be revied why wud Tatas buy this Enterprise? If they can why cant govt with money, IAS, IITs IIMs etc cant revive ? Its all intention & crony deals which killed India. Right from BSNL to Power sector all are done to help crony donors.

    @BSNLCorporate And once again bought a new plan in bsnl after couple of years,the issues are still continuing in this BSNL Network,poor n/w,no coverages & many times the sim card signals are missing call drop call not connecting, internet failure and so on. Please stop the service in India.

    @Libertarian196 @dhume Every business has one prime goal : profit.. Everything ( passenger service, reliability) is secondary and linked to achieving the prime goal. Not having competition made even the likes of AI / IA, MTNL / BSNL profitable.

    @smhnkmar @sumanthraman @airindiain I agree to your point that there shud be no monopoly in any industry, but when BSNL doesn't really improvise when they got chances, they themselves allow monopoly to be created. BSNL, LIC, many such orgs shud stand tall and give world class service to be market leaders.

    @shreerokz @sumanthraman @airindiain I m not saying AI disinvestment is bad! I am just saying the government peers should exist in businesses like telecom and insurances where their presence should keep monopoly in check! BSNL didnt die out bcos of employees, the funding strategy killed it!
