    Then user increases. Can I know the marketing strategy. if you able give services then customer are join you other wise why they join and waste their money. Our JE is one of the worst employee of bsnl they do not response in proper way or they don't have any kind of loyalty

    @BSNLCorporate Why network are not available in my village. It was there initially but now only JIO no BSNL.

    @appooz BSNL roaming doesn't even work in Western Mumbai suburbs. It works in parts of Navi Mumbai,though. My mom felt helpless but refused 2 take another sim from a pvt player. Loyalty 2 a dead comp. No OTP 4 Digi Yatra, Aadhaar, bank OTP, etc in my home. Dad uses Voda & had no issue.

    @BSNLCorporate @TelecomTalk I want to tell bsnl Assam that you are providing very low service in our Shivsagar let alone yours on the internet. Why can't you provide incoming and outgoing call facilities properly?

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate @CaptBrijesh Dear sir, I wld like to request you to address da issue of Harihara Pallatadka BSNL tower, Sulya tq. It stops working whn there is no power, it's generator also not working, Inverter batteries also not working. Kindly fix this issue asap.

    @abhinaymaths BSNL services are available in Delhi as of June 2025, including broadband and mobile, after taking over MTNL operations. However, coverage issues may exist in some areas, causing perceived unavailability. Check your area's network on BSNL's website or nPerf map. Ongoing 4G/5G expansion might improve service soon. @grok

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Friends.... PORT is the only solution..... BSNL won't get the better resolution in this life. Corrupt & incompetent people don't understand the customer and their requirements. I'll definitely do it. I've no option.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Customers wants to stay in bsnl but bsnl is favouring jio by keeping it's recharge price equal to jio thatswhy people started porting again to jio as bsnl and jio both provide same recharge plan and service difference is huge

    I don't know why Vi shares are falling or why they are losing subscribers.. I think their network isn't bad or their plans are that expensive We definitely need network providers like BSNL and Idea to stay strong or else Jio/Airtel monopoly will skyrocket the prices
