Today I talk to bsnl office andsay I want to disconnect my broadband connection,he say submit the application and bill copy didn't ask why disconnect,I tell because your service very bed no one hair the problems and he disconnect my call. It's india gov company. @BSNLCorporate

Bsnl service is very bad. I was registered internet complaint on customer care& local internet provider on 29/03/2021 but till now any one hair me.why bsnl provide the service if any one hair to customer problems.Also I write the email but didn't get any response. @BSNLCorporate

90% of Govt. Banks are live on #BSNL or on VSAT. When checked private vendors, hardly covering 30% of branches. So, if BSNL will be Down, No PSUs, PSBs can exist. #BSNL_Revival is necessary for country like Public Banks. PSU not for profit but for service. #IndianeedBSNL

@praaatiiik @JioCare Bro u can use also bsnl i have been using them since 8 years no issue at all and in our area Sometimes the net fails but it gets to work within 4 hrs as the people behind them really work . Please try this as temporary and mark my words u will turn it into permanent

The amount BSNL is to recover from Jio is disputed. The CAG reports a loss of ₹1,757.76 crore due to BSNL's failure to bill Jio for infrastructure sharing from May 2014 to March 2024. My only concerned was undue advantage was given to a new entrant. We would have been still enjoying the cheap internet with 5-6 service providers. But that's not the case now as the duopoly is at the play. VI can shut-down anytime as they don't have cash for capex and BSNL is lethargic with its services.
