    90% of Govt. Banks are live on #BSNL or on VSAT. When checked private vendors, hardly covering 30% of branches. So, if BSNL will be Down, No PSUs, PSBs can exist. #BSNL_Revival is necessary for country like Public Banks. PSU not for profit but for service. #IndianeedBSNL

    @BSNL_RJ BSNL charge full bill while not provided full service in complete month half of the month not working..is there any remedy or require to go at higher level , to complain.this is default in services. Complain ID 1057262773

    @BSNLCorporate On 14 July I applied for changing from post paid to prepaid, got new SIM. But till now the prepaid connection is not activated. Contacted the BSNL Hijli (Kharagpur) office. Apparently server problem. Please get my connection activated 9434343011.

    Complaint No. G0461002687 @BSNLCorporate please look into this matter as I tried to recharge my BSNL mobile for 319/- From BSNL Self-care App but it's still showing pending after 10days. Money got deducted. Called many times to BSNL customer care no one is Helping. @TRAI
