90% of Govt. Banks are live on #BSNL or on VSAT. When checked private vendors, hardly covering 30% of branches. So, if BSNL will be Down, No PSUs, PSBs can exist. #BSNL_Revival is necessary for country like Public Banks. PSU not for profit but for service. #IndianeedBSNL

@rsprasad Sir Bsnl fibre ftth is down for five day in hajipur vaishali 844101. I lodged complaint to customer care but the private contractor says it will take 2-3 months to repair switch to other network. My work from home is going on and is affected.

Very disgusting and very rude and irresponsible. They can’t take calls and they give number of contractors and contractors say we can’t do anything. What the Hell BSNL. That’s why private firm make pore profit than you. Do something else I report to consumer forum.

@JioCare It's not an internet issue, Im unable to call customer support no(1800-XYZ-XXXX) and BSNL LANDLINE Nos. I don't expect even internet to work on @reliancejio atleast calling should work
