    Bsnl service is very bad. I was registered internet complaint on customer care& local internet provider on 29/03/2021 but till now any one hair me.why bsnl provide the service if any one hair to customer problems.Also I write the email but didn't get any response. @BSNLCorporate

    @PMOIndia I am from WB. I am proud by NDA Govt Bsnl internet gateway extension from Chennai to Port Blair & Agartala to Cox Bazar. But no improvement in West Bengal. We need Chennai to Kolkata gateway by submarine cable for uninterrupted internet service. Plz help us.

    I took BSNL broadband connection 1 year back. In this one year I faced a lot of issues. Today also (29.05.2022) I am facing connectivity issue means internet is not working.I am paying Rs 1120 per month. My BSNL no 08484-295122. Kindly resolve the issue. @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India Please, Check your Customer Care Representative. Just talk with BSNL Customer Care Representative and totally disappointed. Thats why people divert to other operator from BSNL.
