    @Panditjawaharl9 Nobody bothered about post service, when courier, fax became common. Now they are crying out about bsnl, air india etc

    I have lost my phone in UP. My BSNL sim from Telangana circle. I am in UP. I tried to contact BSNL tollfree no.1503 to block my sim. The customer care people are saying that they cannot access my data because of my sim from a different circle.

    @rsprasad My optic fiber internet connection 0671 2959411 is dead since last 4 days. I have booked my complain twice through toll free numbers but all are closed without visiting or resolving my issue. Even I informed it to GM, BSNL of Cuttack Circle. No result yet.

    @CMDBSNL Same to you but try to put concentration on BSNL progress and first update MYBSNL APP problem so we can check our balance validity

    @BSNLCorporate Your answer does not address my query . I know I can visit the customer service centre . Can you tell me if BSNL has E sim or not ? I do not want to make futile visits to the customer service centre.

    My BSNL sim from Telangana circle. They gave me a number to contact Telangana circle BSNL. My goodness, this number was out of order. Next day, I went to the nearest BSNL Prayagraj with my complaint FIR copy.
