@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW I am facing issues while recharging my bsnl no. 9410287642 I have tried no. of times to reach customer care but phone is not being picked up any of the associates. I have waited for more than 10 minutes. Please help me to get this issue resolved.

@dbabuadvocate The reason why BSNL was deliberately destroyed. I have been using BSNL 4G since Nov 2018. No network comes close to this. Moreover the BSNL ftth basic gives 1000 GB for under 400 including GST. Enough for TV YOUTUBE AND STUDIES. What else do you need?

@ShivAroor Kashmir - there only Airtel, BSNL and Jio work. @ViCustomerCare is not there in many areas. My friend had one of these with better connectivity and we hence had connectivity. Else would have been an issue being stuck without network in many areas.

I hope BSNL should focus on providing Quality Service to its Customers, No doubt It can be still regain2 No.1,as Nowadays every age ppl r using Mob Serv. Present Network Coverage Offered under above 4G Tower is limited, Ppl r not getting proper coverage within 2-3Kms Radius also.
