Bsnl team first time received call but next time not answer any one.

Anand Sri (@anand_ttr) reported@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL It somebody gets a new #BSNL connection or port to #BSNL, can't you send a Welcome SMS to the new customer. This will show a good gesture & their new SIM is activated & ready to use. Is this a service. See... How you can improve the service.
