    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW I am facing issues while recharging my bsnl no. 9410287642 I have tried no. of times to reach customer care but phone is not being picked up any of the associates. I have waited for more than 10 minutes. Please help me to get this issue resolved.

    Bsnl service is very bad. I was registered internet complaint on customer care& local internet provider on 29/03/2021 but till now any one hair me.why bsnl provide the service if any one hair to customer problems.Also I write the email but didn't get any response. @BSNLCorporate

    @RailWireIndia Sir, it seems nobody is taking interest in resolving the issue of Internet disconnection. It is much pathetic and going BSNL way.On ground nobody is entertaining! What to do next. Now I am going to rewrite to CMD Sir.

    @TheAvenger82 Look at that ********. He doesn't even know what he is doing. Had I been his CO or fellow soldier...i would have punched him and reported him. India should impose strict rules and ban all smart phones(or ask bsnl or Jio to issue those feature phones they have to soldiers)

    @BSNLCorporate Who is the concerned account officer? That is what I am asking. Pls share a contact from Bsnl Bangalore who will respond and do the needful. Pls understand general statement like "find someone and contact" will not solve the issue. This just looks like delaying resolution at best

    The infrastructure of BSNL broadband and land line services are getting outdated day by day in our District Bankura,WB.users are facing problems sometimes.techinal person are really good but they cannot help due to outdated infrastructure and lack of materials.Pls help @PMOIndia

    Sir, I am trying to get UPC. I sent many times Porting request. But I can't receive the UPC. The Customer care executive said that is something wrong with BSNL service. This is happening Since more than one month. Please help me in this regard.

    @rsprasad Sir, No doubt tarrif of BSNL is quite reasonable compare to other service provider. But it is going in vain because data speed is very poor. No proper network. No 4g network. When ever I recharge my mobile. I m not getting proper value of money.
