    Due to technical errors bsnl broadband is also not working in Tral from last 3 days so it is becoming very difficult for us to to verify the original docs at facilitation centre at GDC Tral, Had to travel to awantipora to tweet this @JKgrievance @SyedAbidShah @shahfaesal

    From past few days my landline no 01933278438 district pulwama is not working and continuously visiting my nearest BSNL exchange to solve this issue but they are not solving it and gave me lame excuses I don't know where to go and what to do . Please solve it Thanks

    @BSNLCorporate You a****** . Took my money on-time. Never resolved my problem since 5 months. You a****** ruining BSNL's reputation. I don't know what the f**** BSNL's management is doing. You need to change your management and have efficient people who has commonsense.

    @rsprasad I am 78 years retired person. BSNL has not paid my dues of Rs. 4125/= after I got my telephone 0562-2602671 with broadband facility disconnected in June 2018. I made 5-6 trips to bsnl office and finally requested GM/BSNL through letter dt. 24/10/2019. Kindly help.

    @encounterwithmk I support privatization .....govt sectors tend to catastrophize because of its incapable management , irresponsible and unaccountable employees . Govt schools, hospitals,BSNL, air india, DD , AIR, etc.Many were disasters at providing effective service 2 the people so what's d use
