Due to technical errors bsnl broadband is also not working in Tral from last 3 days so it is becoming very difficult for us to to verify the original docs at facilitation centre at GDC Tral, Had to travel to awantipora to tweet this @JKgrievance @SyedAbidShah @shahfaesal

B S N L Boring Service Network Lazy Now days in JKUT Exams are on wards n students has to send papers through net work since so called Bsnl is public sector orgns.pvt coy's are dependent is this not injustice with students net work is dead i think its slavery trtm

@rsprasad Sir, Complaint registration number is 1049848974 had been given by bsnl many days ago. Today I received a sms by the said department that it has been solved. I called customer care & replied that can’t help. So requests your self look this matter!

Got frequent calls from bsnl employee to clear 1 month due of my offce line,which not possible to go out & pay but my home line bill has been already paid annually, which is not working since a week, called the concerned JTO but ill response. Pls do needfull.

@BSNL_JK sir bsnl tower at Aru valley pahalgam is not functioning since last two weeks ,we are fed up plz look into the matter as we have this only one source of telecommunication We lodged several complaints but all in vain plzzz pllllz solve our problem immediately or never!😢

@ahmedalifayyaz I am reminded of 2014 floods, every alarm bells failed, people at helm of affairs was heard saying Govt is nowhere, administration has failed, I was surprisingly making alarms for rescue required in area but for deaf ears of administration. BSNL could never restore services

@BSNLCorporate Why BSNL is disconnecting the network everyday for a few hours in the entire Tripura state? It's a regular phenomenon from the last 5-6 days. We're not informed of this blackout earlier. No calls, internet, sms services work during this temporary blackout.

@BSNLCorporate bsnl ftth 2975296 never works on Saturday, Sunday and holidays. I have complained many times but no action was taken. Worst service as far as I know. Would not recommend #bsnlftth to anyone. For me it was due to no other broadband service was available in my area.

@BSNLCorporate Thanks for the response, regrettably there has been no word from the local BSNL office via SMS or email to inform us subscribers about this issue and the ETA for phones to be operational. This outage just makes us more convinced that BSNL is unreliable. Sad turn of events indeed
