Communication gag has been reimposed in Kashmir. Mobile Internet and calling services have been shut down. Only @BSNLCorporate is working rest @airtelindia @JioCare @VodafoneIN @Idea switched off there network to promote Bsnl in valley

@rsprasad Sir, Complaint registration number is 1049848974 had been given by bsnl many days ago. Today I received a sms by the said department that it has been solved. I called customer care & replied that can’t help. So requests your self look this matter!

Got frequent calls from bsnl employee to clear 1 month due of my offce line,which not possible to go out & pay but my home line bill has been already paid annually, which is not working since a week, called the concerned JTO but ill response. Pls do needfull.

@BSNL_JK sir bsnl tower at Aru valley pahalgam is not functioning since last two weeks ,we are fed up plz look into the matter as we have this only one source of telecommunication We lodged several complaints but all in vain plzzz pllllz solve our problem immediately or never!😢

@ahmedalifayyaz I am reminded of 2014 floods, every alarm bells failed, people at helm of affairs was heard saying Govt is nowhere, administration has failed, I was surprisingly making alarms for rescue required in area but for deaf ears of administration. BSNL could never restore services

@ANI It’s too late 4G for BSNL when Airtel, Jio is already testing 5G. It’s like killing directly Govt owned BSNL by Govt. Why BSNL can’t get 5G at same time with other provider. BSNL service also not great 1 complain can’t take weeks to get resolved. Fix basic problems first

@RageshQld @ANI I am not against encouraging home grown talent. It's just that the government has been extremely lax by not promoting bsnl and instead focusing on certain other private players. I am a bsnl customer and I hope it catches up with the competition very soon.

@BSNLCorporate Thanks for looking into my issue. I contacted a person from BSNL, and he shared a technician number. I called the technician, and he connected my laptop with AnyConnect and updated some settings in my router. I hope the issue will resolve soon. Appreciate your swift response.

@BSNL_CHTD It's been more than a week (25April 2022 as of now). My landline and Broadband connections were dead. On a daily basis I raised a complaint in the BSNL office(Kumbakonam Dist Nachiyarkovil).. There is no response from them. Kindly look into it.
