@PMOIndia Respected Sir,kindly help me on urgent basis.The BSNL Network coverage is not coming since yesterday (22feb)at Rudrapur Deoria Uttar Pradesh 274204 due to that I can not do any Digital transaction.plz help here.urs initiative of Digital india is in danger due to that.

@bsnlupe At my location there is a tower of Bsnl but in 24 hours, 20 hours we are getting no network....very worst service and no covarge of 3G...at this time...whether other operators are working on 5G.

@MAYANK8382 @REDBOXINDIA Jiofiber also gives 399 rs plan which I am using now. My point is not money but reliability and quality of service. If my broadband stops working, how fast it gets repaired. How conveniently I can complain and pay my bills. Bsnl don't have a functional app like Jio.

@EkamSachdeva_ @REDBOXINDIA This is harsh reality. I have used bsnl broadband for 7yrs and my experience is not so good. Now I have many private player for broadband connection with much better service and competitive rates.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ @GoI_MeitY This is how you compete with other telecom services I took bsnl fibre cnctn and total 5000 I paid for thr service. 3500 installation charges non refundable 1500 security deposit And also cannot change the plan b4 3 months.

@MAYANK8382 @REDBOXINDIA Bsnl should remove corrupt inefficient staff and promote good staff. I know bsnl has good infrastructure but still customer service is really low class.
