@PMOIndia Respected Sir,kindly help me on urgent basis.The BSNL Network coverage is not coming since yesterday (22feb)at Rudrapur Deoria Uttar Pradesh 274204 due to that I can not do any Digital transaction.plz help here.urs initiative of Digital india is in danger due to that.

@bsnlupe At my location there is a tower of Bsnl but in 24 hours, 20 hours we are getting no network....very worst service and no covarge of 3G...at this time...whether other operators are working on 5G.

@BSNLCorporate @DoT_India Again BSNL Network gone which was only 4- 15mint only at Rudrapur 274204.I m thinking tht y I hv ported to BSNL from airtel.I hv sent my contact no at urs DM. Kindly solve the issue of network coverage at Rudrapur 274205 plz.

@bsnl_care I like to support govt's telecom that's why i remind everyday same problem. But now i feel bsnl doesn't value their customer seriously .But i had recharged for 3 months. So after 3 months i will port out to another telecom and never purchase or suggest bsnl at any cost in my life

@bsnl_care Over X platform you are saying VOLTE is activated while on the other hand a customer care representative saying VOLTE is not available in prayagraj. Why there are two different sentences given by bsnl??

@RBLBankCares I’m going to cancel my card. I can’t go through this harassment. Your outbound team is reaching me only to tell me that I should call your customer care. Which is not reachable from BSNL number.

(2/4) I’ve reached out to your customer service multiple times, but haven’t received any meaningful response. Instead, I was asked to visit the nearest BSNL office. When I visited a BSNL office in Bangalore, they told me to visit the place where I got the replacement.

@BSNLCorporate Respected Sir, We are not getting the proper signal in our area. After 4 km near Arasinamakki BSNL Tower located But nowadays BSNL is completely dead and useless.(Airtel devices fixed to that tower) No signal at all in our area. Our location gps address is Hathyadka Village, Karnataka India Vc9r+jc (Dakshina Kannada District, shishila road). In our area jio tower installed. There is good place for tower installation, Road side. Could you please fix your device to jio tower or Could you please install the own tower near by jio tower. please find the attacehed site photos where jio tower installed
