@TRAI @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @CMDBSNL I gave to port my number 8100456059 in to bsnl bihar jharkhand on 2nd Jan at Siwan CSC. Today morning I found the previous service provider stopped the service on this number,but further BSNL is providing service on this number

BSNL ....No Network Coverage in rural areas of Bihar/Jharkhand.... However recharges are waste of money...... what's about this... Government says that BSNL is being re-defined...How???

@BSNL_KOTD Isn't surprising that there is no network in BSNL sim card whereas there is full network in Jio and others aren't the prepaid customers paying for the services ??

@BSNLCorporate worst form of support shown from BSNL customer care as if they are selling groceries. I had to escalate an issue with my Failed Transactions from BSNL app and they keep disconnecting the call. #BSNL #NOTOBSNL

@AjeetBhartii @BSNLCorporate Achha kiya BSNL ko sideline kar ke. Last mile connectivity ke naam pe loot lete hain 5K OTC with installation charges. And service waisi hi laddar. Local vendor support and maintain karte hain.

@BSNLCorporate What prompt action are you going to take? I am facing this issue since 2 years. I complained initially but since nobody responded I stopped complaining. If you don't improve network then I won't continue with BSNL.
