Today morning I found the previous service provider stopped the service on this number,but further BSNL is providing service on this number

BKS (@BkS010p) reported from Ekma, Bihar@BSNL_KOTD Isn't surprising that there is no network in BSNL sim card whereas there is full network in Jio and others aren't the prepaid customers paying for the services ??

The other service provider like airtel readily issues a new sim of any state in any state(like me).

But ₹1 recharge is not available online. When will it be available online. If not, pls help. Otherwise, we have to cancel porting request.

p mukherjee (@prat3797) reported@CGM_WB_BSNL not getting support from Bsnl mullick fathak howrah team. My router has been taken by the service franchisee and not returned. I am also yet to receive my invoice from him for the money paid for new router. The local bsnl team is not taking any action.

U shld cal us or send technicians within 24 hrs and solve this problem otherwise we ll close BSNL service forever.
