@BSNL_KOTD Isn't surprising that there is no network in BSNL sim card whereas there is full network in Jio and others aren't the prepaid customers paying for the services ??

@TRAI @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @CMDBSNL I gave to port my number 8100456059 in to bsnl bihar jharkhand on 2nd Jan at Siwan CSC. Today morning I found the previous service provider stopped the service on this number,but further BSNL is providing service on this number

BSNL ....No Network Coverage in rural areas of Bihar/Jharkhand.... However recharges are waste of money...... what's about this... Government says that BSNL is being re-defined...How???

@BSNLCorporate Request resolution as only Apology for inconvenience caused does not give me compfort when I choose BSNL over Railtel, Ortel in the complex and Jio is also entering...but I trust only BSNL

Lol. I called bsnl for my quarterly follow up on a land-line that's been dead for years. Server down, the help desk said. Try again later. So what's down? Your server or my services? Everything, they say. Country wide @BSNLCorporate Land-line, Broadband etc all down!!?@BSNL_OR

@shadez @ICICIBank_Care @Airtel_Presence Issue is the type of toll free no. If it starts with 1860 which is only toll free for MTNL/BSNL landlines then that is chargeable from Airtel & Vi. Only Jio provides them toll free for their customers.

@somnath1978 Good (we have BSNL Fibre Optic Broadband now) and will get better with Jio and other service providers coming in.
