    @TRAI @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @CMDBSNL I gave to port my number 8100456059 in to bsnl bihar jharkhand on 2nd Jan at Siwan CSC. Today morning I found the previous service provider stopped the service on this number,but further BSNL is providing service on this number

    Unfortunately @reliancejio fiber is not available in my place. No other ftth service provider. So many are paying what ever bsnl contract employees or bsnl is asking. Jio will just charge 1.5k including connection charge and modem but bsnl 😒

    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl ur customer service is soo worst compare with jio and Airtel fiber or mobile customer care they are world class we feel shy

    @HingeNivrutti I'm not from Maharashtra,sir. My point is customer satisfaction/service is very poor in BSNL. That's the major reason for its downfall. They are treating us as if they're doing a favor for us by giving the connection

    @BSNLCorporate It's happening almost 2 days every week, no one pickup up call in local office . Pvt vendor of#BSNL helpless.. how it can happen every week.. why BSNL don't deduct bill for non servise hours? Your people are such unprofessional and careless about customer problems

    @HemantSorenJMM I've BSNL broadband plan Fiber Value 799 but internet doesn't work. I complained several times. Staff Chand tells to withdraw connection with LL 06512951588. BSNL office closed my query 16178459961 without resolution. Pls take action against BSNL office&resolve it

    @pushkardhami There are some places in Uttarakhand where the facility of Bsnl network is not good like Shama Bhanar Naukudi Panyali of Kapkot tehsil and other places where Bsnl network gets shut down frequently. I request the Uttarakhand government to take concrete steps on this

    @BSNLCorporate Team sorry to say but this is worst ever service I received from any FFTH provider. I am constantly facing irregularities in FFTH internet service,low speed internet also reported but didn't received any feedback/resolution form local bsnl team.

    Out of 30 days of my monthly plan of bsnl fiber I only able to use 20 days of it, rest of the days went with no internet issues. @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate
