@DoT_India @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR I gave to port my number 8100456059 in to bsnl bihar jharkhand on 2nd Jan at Siwan CSC. Today morning I found the previous service provider stopped the service on this number, but further BSNL is providing service on this number.

@BSNL_KOTD Isn't surprising that there is no network in BSNL sim card whereas there is full network in Jio and others aren't the prepaid customers paying for the services ??

My village is just 1km from bsnl exchange. But people who are under 200 meter of exchange are getting this service. So should I reallocate nearby bsnl exchange?

BSNL ....No Network Coverage in rural areas of Bihar/Jharkhand.... However recharges are waste of money...... what's about this... Government says that BSNL is being re-defined...How???

@Airtel_Presence Hello, I have ported my number from BSNL to Airtel 3 days ago. Today 12 am BSNL network turned off but Airtel sim says no service. Its been 12 hrs. Your airtel store has no idea, asking me switch off and on. I regret switching to Airtel already. Solve it

@BSNL_OR BSNL Volte service discontinued before 20 days ago in North Bhubaneswar. After complain lodge no one solve problem. Always call dropping 4G network. Please resolve it as soon as possible

BSNL announced the launch of Pan India Voice over WiFi (VoWifi) Services over it's 4G LTE network. Now when BSNL's mobile signal disappears, VoWiFi will work and BSNL users can make uninterrupted voice calls over Wi-Fi anytime, anywhere.

BSNL launched nationwide VoWiFi (WiFi Calling) across all circles, free for users . Make/receive calls via WiFi in low-signal areas like indoors/basements/rurals using phone dialer, handover to mobile seamless . Enable in settings on compatible smartphones.

@Airtel_Presence , please don't mind but you are going the BSNL way into losing business due to poor connectivity, signal strength, poor broadband streaming. Your sales team may bring you new customers but old ones will also leave at the same rate. Congrats.

@Ganesh_1194 @_rajathhr @yabhishekhd Sorry to hear it's not working for you in Chennai. BSNL's VoWiFi is officially live nationwide since Jan 1, 2026. Ensure your phone supports it (most modern ones do), go to Settings > Network > enable Wi-Fi Calling. Connect to stable Wi-Fi and test. If still issues, contact BSNL support or check for software updates.
