    @BSNLCorporate Went to Vastrapur exchange for FTTH connection request at my home, barely 150 mt from exchange on same road and locality. Shocked to know they can't provide service.Being a PSU employee prefer BSNL for BB.But if you can't provide at 150 mt distance then How you

    @VodafoneIN please Vodafone something do for this lazy and ***** network i complain 3rd time in this month but you can't take action what are you doing only cheat with your customer my frnd also port into Vodafone to bsnl because your bad and lowest network so he took action.

    @BSNLCorporate 07925500007 since last 2 month landline and broadband totally dead.not working.and ill not pay any single bill.bsnl send me 2 month bill and ll and bb not working.ill not pay.i did complain many many many times.but no solution.

    @VodafoneIN and I also port into bsnl because bsnl takes action for any complaint but you can't doing anything for your Customer without cheat them.

    My landline is not working... I register complain to BSNL office, Gandhinagar ... I receive sms with complain id... after few hours I receive another sms that my complain has been solved... I wonder because my landline is still not working... @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate

No response from customer care and local bsnl authorities and office.

    @Syrotech I have your router EPON ONU which is very worse router. The price (3500) is not justify it's performance. The only reason I choose this is because BSNL Fiber. Customer care toll free number never connect. And other two numbers also not attend my call.Continue in comment

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLUPWEST Harassment and Gross mismanagement by BSNL. Despite disconnection request 4 years back and information to all, you have now served Lokadalat notice for recovery ? Shameful and pathetic service levels by BSNL.

    My land line number 0671-2805515. daily 200 nos customer are calling to this number but it has been almost 7days passed we are facing problems due to the non functioning of BSNL landline perfectly in our area. . We have already a complaint to the SDO @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate

    From your own state. Now does my father have to travel from newdelhi in such Pandemic, He is 65+ just to get his Sim card for same number?. What is solution. I can visit bsnl Pune office, but dont have his signed concent or signed forms and KYC. Need help

    @PTUshaOfficial @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL I honestly want to state the truth that the work ethic of BSNL employees is careless and they do not want to work. They hang out mostly for no reason and you won't find them at their workplace. So how can we expect a better network?
