Kindly note that for BSNL MNP (Mobile Number Portability), physical KYC verification at the nearest BSNL CSC is mandatory as per telecom regulations, and doorstep SIM delivery is not applicable in MNP cases.   BSNL network in our area remains frequently down & even when itz available, it fluctuates. Subscribers r paying 4 services they r unable 2 use, resulting in financial loss. Immediate intervention & a permanent, longterm solution r urgently needed. @bsnl_care @lg_ladakh @dc_Kgl

  @dixarth Something has been done to india's internet\radio frequencies. Everything has been dogshit past few weeks. Airtel, jio, bsnl. Everything sucks. Wifi range has been decreased too.

  Idea for @RahulGandhi election promises - revive BSNL and MTNL properly. Easy bookings, good coverage. If the private companies need to make a profit, limit it to 2g/3g, but keep their low budget phone plans alive. You can simply stand on stage and read out their recharge plan prices to get all the votes. Right now the public can't use them widely due to coverage issues. And this is not just for the poor. You can keep a phone no you mostly need for OTPs alive for a year in Rs. 321 if you're a Tamil Nadu police officer (as a comment below pointed out) - this could be extended to the poor! Loads of people who use separate numbers for banking and social media would vote for this.

  @Kiranhyd @SayantikaSays BSNL - 4 years, small towns, different states, same experience. Internet down, call technician, fixed in 10 mins unless any maintenance issue. If not fixed, directly call JE or AE, they'll get it fixed immediately. Once for an issue, JE, AE and 3 technicians came home to check.

  @bsnl_care Here with BSNL I don't have any network coverage call quality or internet speed problem, nothing else, really smooth and clean network of BSNL I am experiencing.👍🏻
