However government did not invest in network expansion and allowed Bharti and Vodafone to flourish. Same with Air India as premium slots - National and International were given to foreign players —-

It has been few months since I am facing this issue, on a daily basis I end up calling BSNL support, with no solution. My understanding is that ONT has issue, which is being ignored for some reason, yet would prefer you experts to diagnose and provide proper cause and solution.

I don't know whether I will get a solutions for my problems if not, then please pay back my amount by deducting internet bill for these 10 days (4th Feb to 14th Feb) from the rs.3800 and ask the BSNL to take their cables, router everything. I will handle my Pole charges.
