    Bsnl has an edge in the market due to its tariff rates but it's customer service is so so so pathetic that even those who cannot afford other service providers are paying more just to avoid experience of Bsnl. @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH

    hey @Paytm @Paytmcare worst experiencing with ur mobile Recharges .. i made a bsnl recharge but it shows recharge pending , nearly 2 days completed still it shiws same. order id : 16972976341 can u cancel my recharge and refund my amount ASAP...

    @BSNLCorporate sir my no 0565 247620... Security deposit still not refunded by acct officer.. He is rude and does not want to help to process timely refund after i had moved to another city.. Due to such officers bsnl is not able to prosper... Such a bad experience.
