    @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate Pls resolve the issue docket number 122894248082 complaint raised several times but closed without resolving when called bsnl employees saying that they dont have sufficient manpower (lineman)

    @JioCare Just copy paste standard template messages. No real resolution even government @BSNLCorporate provide better and timely solution for any downtime. My biggest mistake to switch from BSNL to JIo.

    @BSNL_KL @JUST Trying to recharge my mom's mobile bsnl sim (Kerala )since yesterday and still failed. What's the issue? Customer care says it is a common issue and will be resolved in 2 hours since yesterday. It took 20min wait to talk to a customer care rep.
