    At Noida sec 19 BSNL office, I was asked to wait for SIM card for 30 minutes, this attitude and way of working dragged BSNL down in last 15-20 years, you should take action against such employees. I will visit again tomorrow let's see. @BSNLCorporate @JM_Scindia @bsnl_care

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 I have been using BSNL since 2014. Recently, I upgraded to a 4G SIM. Now, the problem is that whenever there is a power outage, the BSNL signal also disappears.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care @BSNLKERALA You guys are a joke.. chsnged from jio to bsnl broadband, everyday i have to register complaints now. And support is worse. Cant even provide proper details

    @bsnl_care Simply you don't care about your customers.Had been it jio or airtel,the issue had been resolved.Thats why bsnl is sinking day by day. In my area, calls are connecting lately,4g isn't working properly. For how long we poor people have to suffer
