    @abhikmr2 @JM_Scindia The scenario involves a 2014 Master Service Agreement between BSNL and Reliance Jio for sharing passive infrastructure like towers. A 2025 CAG report claimed BSNL failed to bill Jio for additional technology usage, causing a ₹1,757 crore loss (including interest) to the government from 2014-2024. However, BSNL and the government disputed this, stating no actual revenue loss occurred due to misinterpretation of clauses. BSNL has since raised revised invoices to address it.

    @bsnl_care I called to this helpline no and the customer care suport excutv straight forward said you need to go bsnl office. He didn't even listen my problem. Please help @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate . I want to know how must it cost plan (Haryana) har ghar wifi plan per month & 6months wise

    @bsnl_ap_circle @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL... I raised complaint about outgoing calls issue. But no one responded and not solved. For this type of service why we recharged for annual plans.
