@BsnlExchange BSNL broadband's customer service is of course better. With network issues every 3rd day, BSNL staff resolved it quickly within few hours. Same can't be said about Alegra, as network downtime is very rare, so hardly had to be in touch with their customer service.

@ptrmadurai For eg Railways out of 100rs revenue spend 99rs on salary and pension BSNL ALSO SAME other psus CENTRAL and STATE also same so govt has no money for poor we have to tackle trade unions who were active last 75 years

@BSNLCorporate Sorry to inform but still no response. Monthly I pay 1600 rent. Average bsnl does not work for a week in a month. Pl explain At least give proper network.
