    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_CHTD I wanted to support #BSNL so applied for a LL and submitted all forms with the GST copy to the representative. First Invoice comes without GST and the rep says, go to head office and submit a request. No wonder BSNL is failing. No: 044-28340176

    @BSNL_India Sir why the staff of bsnl helpline attending calls on number 1503 do not have the proper knowledge of the systems.. why customer has always loose the money/days when they believe whatever is suggested by helpline is authentic information..

    Dear BSNL, My internet is not working from past 2 weeks. I have registered multiple complaints but till now no action has been taken instead bsnl is falsely updating complaint status a “resolved” I urge to resolve this issue this ASAP @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW @AshwiniVaishnaw

    Really frustrated with the service of Bsnl Ftth.I am getting only 1-2mbps on my 100mbps plan.Other providers are giving same plan in half of its price but Bsnl doesn't listen to their customers.They can't even give a Dual router with its connection @BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate @TRAI

    @airtelindia I was a regular customer of BSNL & I've switched to Airtel for good connectivity & subscribed a Airtel fiber connection 5 days ago. Unfortunately the cable got damaged very next day now I'm calling the Airtel fiber provider for retoration but they aren't responding.
