@BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate Pls resolve the issue docket number 122894248082 complaint raised several times but closed without resolving when called bsnl employees saying that they dont have sufficient manpower (lineman)

@BSNLCorporate Sir, condition bsnl fiber net in ITI mankapur is worst, In a single day network is lost 2-3 times. I have been complaining since last 6 months.Please listen to this complain. And if you still don't listen than ,don't cry when govt. will privatise bsnl.

Bsnl which is a leading telecom operator at some time facing problems. GOI destroys its relevance. GOI provides 5g spectrum to private operator but not atleast 4g to BSNL on ground. @BSNL_AS

@BSNLCorporate Sir/Ma'am I have been complaining since long time for bsnl fiber net connectivity issue in ITI MANKAPUR, GONDA. Everyday network is lost for 2-3 times. If this continues i will complain against bsnl in district consumer court for deficiency of service.

Yesterday Recharge 94 done thru BSNL SELFCARE APP Ref IGSM1801222631 ID94.Pack validity ends today. Recharge done yesterday before due date. Customer care say they couldn't see the update. Please ensure it is activated tonight. @BSNLCorporate

Seems like no one at BSNL is ready to solve any issue at all. REPORTED earlier that there has been a problem of Double recharge and it has to be rectified . I haven't recieved any ressponse till . What kind of customer service is this ? @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_tt @CMDBSNL

@BSNL_OR My Mom and Dad use a BSNL sim card, but I am gonna make sure they switch to a better network as soon as possible cause I am not gonna pay one single rupee more to you people.
