    @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate Pls resolve the issue docket number 122894248082 complaint raised several times but closed without resolving when called bsnl employees saying that they dont have sufficient manpower (lineman)

    The most irritating issue with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Xtreme Fiber is : Customer Service. Whenever a problem comes I have to wait for atleast 24 hours to get it fixed. Many times it takes more than that. It is another bsnl in terms of customer service. #airtel #ftth

    @BSNLCorporate When my problem will solve? Since 7years I have been in bsnl but now I am thinking not more bsnl bez of the bad service and I also suggest people to not use bsnl shame on bsnl corporate management due to that bsnl shown Loss in their PROFIT..

    @royally_fiery Focus on GMV only, not consumer experience. Treating consumers pretty much how MTNL BSNL used to treat users, until Airtel came in.
