    @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate Pls resolve the issue docket number 122894248082 complaint raised several times but closed without resolving when called bsnl employees saying that they dont have sufficient manpower (lineman)

    @JioCare I have observed a peculiar problem. I get good WIFI speed on my mobile, but poor speed on my Laptop only for Jio Fiber. BSNL I get good speeds on laptop & mobile for same laptop. Is there any WIFI setting such as DNS or any other setting to get good speed via WIFI.

    @RamkumarCreator Exactly, despite there is no license fee for BSNL and it has more assets than private players, it performs very worst.
