I tried calling the BSNL office for this STD code ‘469’ then I called the post office, hospitals, shops and other people’s land lines and all of them behaved exactly the same. Therefore I concluded it is an issue with 469.

My bsnl air fiber is already inactive,how can they send two month bill,after a month my connection became inactive.
