    @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate Pls resolve the issue docket number 122894248082 complaint raised several times but closed without resolving when called bsnl employees saying that they dont have sufficient manpower (lineman)

    @BSNL_KOTD A complaint was lodged and the SMS received-"DOCKET NO - 17026003170 OF YOUR TELEPHONE NO033-24198171IS ASSIGNED TO 9433169899" Till date no action and the mobile no. mentioned doesn't have incoming facility. Worst service! Shame BSNL!

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare , while Airtel Bsnl and other internet service providers are providing services in our area , your service is not available with some govt notification issue. Kindly recheck . Pin code of area: 831004 Telco, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.

    @srivatsayb Same thing happened with bsnl. To promote jio more they deliberately slowed down bsnl's progress and made it a complete liability. And when the time came they sold (or leased) most of its towers to Jio.

    The FTTH internet is not working even now & the local level BSNL personnel are not very helpful in resolving this issue promptly & this is seriously impacting the customers who use BSNL FTTH for various work related purposes. Could someone please say what to do to resolve this?

    Though several complaints hav been lodged for my faulty BSNL no.on April 6th no action has been taken to resolve the issue. This is the 4th time its happening since Feb. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK A port in request that I had actioned with #BSNL wch was scheduled 2 b completed on 08/Apr/23 is still pending 4 activation. Now I need to call your BSNL exchange for them to attach the plan & activate it. What kind of pathetic systems & service is this?

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnlrajasthan Hello BSNL team sorry to say it but you guys are really terrible in terms of servicing. My BSNL fiber not working from past 15 days after many times complaining no one still come to visit. Don't know how you still survive in the service Ind.😡
