    @bsnl_care respected sir/madam, we are looking for what is the new updates about network issue complaint in Yedamangala BSNL tower.( I allready explained several times in complaint copy. not working and 2G conection, not upgrade..etc). But, what is the present update.?

    @Ravisutanjani Please stop promoting BSNL, I used it for over a year and consistently faced poor call quality across almost every area, even while roaming within the city. The experience was even worse in rural areas. I eventually switched to Jio and the difference is incomparable.

    @BSNLCorporate Please train your customer service representatives how to talk with customers,very rude. I called for my bill payment issue from the BSNL app. Money got deducted by upi payment as successful but In app had issue support person say you guys not pay bill simply call
