    The whole BSNL Abrama (Valsad) Gujarat exchange has been non functional since 3 days mainly affecting our business which depends on landline & broadband connectivity.Can we boast of #DigitalIndia with such shoddy service @collectorvalsad @BSNLCorporate @BSNLGujOfficial @rsprasad

    I already raised complaints more than 6โ€“7 times, and many people here have also complained regularly, but the issue is still not resolved. It is very disappointing.Even BSNL is now providing stable 4G in this area. Then why is Vi still unable to provide proper network service?

    1. Is anyone else facing network problems with BSNL since last 2-3 days? I have 2 SIMs and both are not working properly. Sometimes network connects for a few minutes, but most of the time there is no signal, calls are not connecting not working properly. #bsnl #networkissue

    Dear @BSNLCorporate, in Majalumoodu & Malaicode, Kanyakumari district, Tamil Nadu, BSNL tower goes completely down during every power cut. Many people here depend on BSNL network, and this area faces frequent power outages. Kindly arrange backup power for uninterrupted service.

    @BSNL_UPE @bsnl_care few weeks back I opted for a trial for higher speed plan over and above my existing bb plan through ur app. Now I want to unsubscribe/opt-out of it but there's no option anywhere. The customer care lady asked me to visit bsnl office. This is unacceptable.
