    @bsnl_care No improvement in BSNL prepaid data service even after repeated complaints. Complaint docket was closed without resolving the issue, while customers continue paying in advance for unusable data services.

    @cgm_mh_bsnl @JM_Scindia @JM_Scindia, request ur intervention for Call forwarding facility on BSNL network in interest of its customers & BSNL. it ensures connectivity as call is forwarded to another number when BSNL network is not available/unreachable. All other operators are offering, why not BSNL?

    @bsnl_care BSNL DLT renewal done on the BSNL DLT website, and the amount got deducted. However, the account is not renewed. Could you please help?

    @BSNL_UPEast Hampering network means bsnl. @JM_Scindia plz change name of bsnl to PSNL. Drop name B for Bharat. These engineers need bulldozer treatment. No network since morning.

    @bsnl_care Still not resolved. Pls specify whether it will be resolved or I will port my sim to another network. I have a special affinity towards BSNL but if it is undone by u then I have to take a decisive decision.
