    @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate Sharing horrible experiences as a BSNL FTH customer Bhubaneswar. The Fiber cuts frequently in the city and Restoration takes 2-3 days, sometimes even more. In a billing cycle at least you experience 5 times such incident. God may help BSNL 🙏

    @SundarBhaskar @AshwiniVaishnaw Had BSNL changed itself and started to think like private entity? No? Did they addressed issues of customer? Never? So change is certain & government had to think privately to increase its business.

    my complaint is in my area BSNL network(3G) is poor ( Ramchandra Nagar, velhale road, Gunjalwadi,tal. Sangamner Dist.Ahmednagar state.maharashtra pin - 422605 ) due to some day (ie.6 months)in our area bsnl mobile network (3G) are poor, that way my working got slowly.

    @BSNLCorporate What stern action has been taken? No resolution Not even a call from bsnl regarding complaint No wonder why BSNL is loosing it's existence.

    @BSNLCorporate I had a problem in BSNL network, so I had complained for 15 days, but till now no network has improved. Now I am very upset with BSNL network.
