It has been the daily routine of network issue from BSNL side. When you call the person for the complaint, the only thing they do is to blame the higher auth.

If the network doesn't work (which very likely will), the employees can't work, and if they can't work, no one can complain about them doing nothing. It's the ultimate bureaucratic black hole.
