    @Airtel_Presence I ported my number from bsnl to airtel but not receiving verification code from my organisation to login in the system. It’s delaying my work. Kindly help me ASAP. It’s urgent. Meanwhile I’m receiving others sms but not verification code which sender is numeric

    @bha_at @BSNLCorporate Its been 1 year since the connection and no day goes when i do not call the concerned person for the connection problem . It has been the daily routine of network issue from BSNL side. When you call the person for the complaint, the only thing they do is to blame the higher auth.

    @BSNLCorporate One of the worst services provided by BSNL. Yesterday in the morning I have lost the connection and when we try to connect with service provider even they are not responding. Now it's more than 30 hours I'm not able to use WIFI. @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW worst experience being a new bsnl customer. My new sim is not activated yet from 11 February. Staff is disgusting and not supportable.Unnao bsnl exchange office (209801) near post office. Jab 15 feb. Ko activate hua to usme recharge nahi kiya gaya. Help.

    @TelecomTalk Totally waste .. They have the worst network connectivity in 2G & 3G both which is accepted on call by network team. Also the only reason for failure of BSNL is their own employees and policies.

    Then i asked for his visiting card i got reply" jab bsnl nahi deta visiting card hum kyu banwaye" if such mentality how can bsnl will run? When i told him give me in written my problem cant be solved he told me give application i will forward if get solved then ok if not (3)

    I took a new connection of BSNL that there will be 4G high speed internet and seamless experience will be available, but BSNL has only 3G network In many places, even BSNL's 3G network is not available and even if it is available, the internet does not run fast. @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate And there is a power cut in the BSNL tower. Due to which the internet is being shut down. But there is no power cut in our village Panihar Chakk. I request you to solve this problem as soon as possible.

    @DoT_India @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate Clearly incompetence shown from higher level bsnl team. Local agencies and vendors do not have answer to our issues. Lot of issues from bsnl side as they said. Why don't you privatize whole bsnl? Give us the compensation for the issues caused

    Bsnl nahi karta what can i do? When i talked to him insted of solving problem he connect the phone to someone and made me to talk as if telephone operator. Customer care had advised to visit office to solve problem ,i told him,he replied if they tell anything what can i do? (2)
