But I m informing you at my place no network of any cellular. Even 2g, one BSNL BROAD BAND IS THERE but that is nonfunctional 18 hrs in a day.. no one listens.

This is where Airtel lags behind. You do not give power to their field officers to lay down internet lines on their own. BSNL and other private players field officers can.

Universal Service Obligation funding is there. Based on that scheme, we are given some target of installing the towers. So, that is called 4G saturation towers. BSNL still has a lot to improve, but they are doing good Meanwhile, some Indian car brands don't have good service, but some other brands like Mahindra have very good service.
