@rsprasad @BSNL_UPE @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @DoT_India sir I voted for yr govt both tims. On paper digital india. But I m informing you at my place no network of any cellular. Even 2g, one BSNL BROAD BAND IS THERE but that is nonfunctional 18 hrs in a day.. no one listens.

@Airtel_Presence Really poor voice quality on my airtel number. Voice keeps on breaking all the time. I repent on my decision of porting in to airtel from bsnl. Voice quality of bsnl was far better.

@Airtel_Presence Your company is worse than BSNL. BSNL has agreed to lay down a new line with immediate effect just for me. This is where Airtel lags behind. You do not give power to their field officers to lay down internet lines on their own. BSNL and other private players field officers can.

Rural india deserves better. There is Airtel idea jio Bsnl - all operating and giving full internet services but this bank and its branch continue to make the customers suffer. Never knew that if you put money into your bank you can’t withdraw it when you need.
