This is where Airtel lags behind. You do not give power to their field officers to lay down internet lines on their own. BSNL and other private players field officers can.

But I m informing you at my place no network of any cellular. Even 2g, one BSNL BROAD BAND IS THERE but that is nonfunctional 18 hrs in a day.. no one listens.

All government and PSU offices to use BSNL only. (Of course service has to be very good) Try some good private office segments also. The whole purpose of currently keeping BSNL alive is for rural India. There is absolutely no sense in using BSNL for B2C segment in urban India - it cannot compete with Jio and Airtel. So better to drop that segment and let go of staff also for that segment
