But I m informing you at my place no network of any cellular. Even 2g, one BSNL BROAD BAND IS THERE but that is nonfunctional 18 hrs in a day.. no one listens.

This is where Airtel lags behind. You do not give power to their field officers to lay down internet lines on their own. BSNL and other private players field officers can.

It has been the daily routine of network issue from BSNL side. When you call the person for the complaint, the only thing they do is to blame the higher auth.

FTTH contractor has misbehaved and abused me at my residence during the introduction of FTTH in front of BSNL Ahmedabad official. One can trust BSNL not contractors.
